I honestly can't say nothing but the best about this place. Thanks to all the help from the coaches I got close to my weight target in just 9 weeks. I really enjoyed my time being there. All the coaches are amazing. They always pushed me every class to be my best and if I had any questions about what I could do to better myself they would always be there to give me advice. For about 2 years I weight 172lb and no matter how much work I put into the gym I couldn't lose any weight. After I started going to CrossFit I started to see a huge change and went down to 156lb. It's been so long since I've felt so good about my body. Thank you coach Greg,Robert, and Mike for an amazing experience.

Super clean and nice equipment!

Others are hired with no experience or physical fitness education (just like the owner). Owner is neither educated in fitness, nor does she care about injuries sustained here. But I will tell you what they very clearly do care about: MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! I was a member for several months and paid a large sum of money to join a challenge that her location had put on. (She owns three F45 locations). Little did I know that it was all a stunt to have us be Guinea pigs for an app they were trying to launch. The app, which kept recommending that I eat 100x more protein than I normally do (and which is neither healthy, nor what medically trained nutritionists recommend for my age / weight / height) was designed to build heavy bulky muscle and NOT AT ALL THE BODY OR GOALS I wanted for myself. I wanted to lose weight and return to my lithe, lean, long body -- I have no interest in looking like a stocky body builder. I was, by far, the person who lost the most weight (25 lbs) and did so by eating a sensible diet, listening to the cues of my body, and NOT overloading on protein and fat like the app kept telling me to do. But I lost the challenge because...apparently weight loss wasn't the goal; the actual goal of the challenge was for the owner to get more money but to actually have customers **voluntarily sign up and pay for the privilege of being her guinea pigs!*** It was an attempt for the app owners to see the impact of the suggesting folks heavily ramp up protein/fat consumption. The winner of the challenge wasn't someone who lost weight or even gained muscle mass. It was the idiot who stated (and clearly lied) that he actually did eat the ridiculous amount of protein the app suggested on a daily, meal by meal basis. He won without any weight loss or serious muscle development. False advertising, total waste of time, and then AFTER the winner was announced, they mentioned for THE FIRST TIME that weight loss wasn't the goal.

It's been nothing but downhill. I began working out here again and found that the floor was consistently filthy! It clearly wasn't cleaned daily and since many of the classes you spend on the floor, I was disgusted. After a few sessions I shared my concern with one of the trainers and asked her to pass the message onto the owner. There was no response. Then wrote an email to the owner to discuss my concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. Instead of discussing it with me, I arrived at my next session only to have the trainer pull me aside to tell me that the owner had TERMINATED my membership and they kicked me out. No phone call, no discussion. I emailed her asking her to discuss this. No response, coward. Even though she refunded my money she continued to charge me the next month for $195. Don't support owners that care about you but are only after your money.

She provides a wealth of knowledge on how your body works and why you are doing what you are doing, along with supplement suggestions that never feel pushy - just tools you can choose for your toolbox if you'd like. When the going gets tough, she has an abundance of tips to make diet and workouts more palatable and is always there as a friend to commiserate and build you up. Jen leads by example at Hardcore Fitness, and has built the most caring and supportive fitness environment I have ever experienced - from the trainers through the members. This is her family business and she makes all of her members and clients feel loved like family. I recently completed a 60- day fitness challenge at Hardcore, run by Jen. I gained strength and confidence, while losing inches off my body. My favorite part of the 60 day challenge was the supportive community of other participants. People their stories, struggles, wins, tips, and support for each other both online in our group video discussions, as well as as in person at the gym. The community really keeps you engaged and focused on your goals. This experience has given me better knowledge of what my bad habits weee doing to my body and what good habits I could foster for benefits I want. I plan to keep these learnings top of mind as I head into my (new and improved) regular routine. I recommend Hardcore, Jen, and the trainers highly to anyone looking for a gym family/home. You can generally find me in a Lift class or in the Red Zone Rumble boxing class six days a week. I can't get enough of it!

The next month, I was billed AGAIN. I sent an email politely asking what had happened, but again, no reply. Thankfully, I got things squared away (without any help from the owner of the gym.) The gym itself is fine, equipment is alright, though most of the good equipment seen there is owned by someone else and locked up in storage. (When the owner marketed that it was his own equipment.) Hopefully for future members, they are treated with proper respect as a paying member of the gym. Because the gym itself isn't bad, just the owner has some very suspect business practices.

I just recommend you to change the language in "How to prepare" section to something like "you must arrive 15 minutes early or you will not be admitted to class" if you intend to enforce the policy because the language you have right now simply sounds a recommendation, not a rule. The class that worked best with my schedule was led by a coach who seemed more focused on socializing than coaching. It was honestly frustrating to experience. Many classes started late because of this, and there was a lot of gossip during workouts. On top of that, the coaching itself often felt unorganized, and at times it seemed like they didn't fully know what they were doing. When I first signed up, I was sold on the idea that this gym was a one-stop place for fitness and health, including nutritional guidance and recipes. However, when I asked about nutrition support, I was brushed off and never received the help that was advertised. I do think this gym has potential, but it really needs more consistent, professional, and knowledgeable coaches to make it a better experience overall.
