Has the Trinity which was caramely triple bock & it was lovely. Sweet aftertaste & perfectly paired with the GOAT burger. When they named this the Greatest Of All Time, they weren't kidding. Chèvre, racelette & about a million other cheeses paired with the most scrumptious homemade veggie burger patty Also chose the Le Truffe with ton of truffle flavor Endless fries but we couldn't even finish the first serving it was so abundant. Sauces were a lovely add on. Chose The Best THB and it was a flavorful mix of Mayo & sweet chili & when in Belgium, Mayo & fries is the only way to go The staff was over the top amazing & after overhearing we were planning to split out burgers, they asked the kitchen to cut them into halves and split them for us! How awesome is that?!?! We'll be back for sure.......

If your looking for something easy but HEARTY, this is it. The burger and beer parings are awesome and the place is really cool. There's a history to the place which I liked. I suggest getting the beer that is paired with the burger. They also have unlimited Belgian frites which is of course a plus. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent. You can tell they have a higher level of professionalism. They served some bread with one of the best butters I have tried. I guiltily finished off the complementary bread and asked for more. They have an extensive list of wines, beers, and spirits. The server recommended Jungle Joy by the Brussels Beer Project. It was great! Of course I got the Tomahawk to share. Then I also split a lunch set menu, which came with salad and mussels. The salad was very refreshing and tasty. The mussels was such a large portion and tasted very fresh. It came with fries, which I loved! The kitchen cut our steak for us and served us salad on separate plates. That was very helpful! This lunch for two cost 81 euros without tip and tax. You wouldn't find this gem of a restaurant with this level of service and quality of food in Los Angeles.

The best bonus is the omelette station or eggs made to order. Those were so good and customizable. They also had some waffle irons. They've got so many offerings, quaint decor on every floor, various places to sit, including a rooftop. It's definitely a touristy thing to do but with over 2,000 beers to choose from, who cares? I loved every minute of it. It's crazy busy at times especially when live music events are taking place. We shared a Yard Stick which were multiple beers (smaller taster sizes). See my pics for exactly how many. Service was exceptional.

They're known for having one of the biggest beer selections in the world, and you can literally spend hours just reading the menu. We ordered their famous beer flight that comes with 10 different types of beers. Each one was completely unique, different flavors, colors, and strengths. It was such a fun way to try a variety without committing to just one. Some were light and refreshing, others were strong and bold. I loved that every glass felt like a new experience. The service was great! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. They also have a photobooth inside, which was such a fun surprise. Perfect spot to make memories with friends. If you're in Brussels and want the full Belgian beer experience, this spot is a must-visit. So worth it!
