The facial spa is super clean and modernly decorated with beautiful displays for all face products they're selling. The front desk staff was really friendly and offered me water and chocolate after checking in. I love that Ashley went over my skincare routine and face concerns, answered any questions I had, and gave me the option of a silent facial or one where she talks about the different steps as she's going through it. I have been having my nails done for about 10 years, and this is the first time that I got a fungal infection and it affected every single fingernail and toenail. My doctor put me on a 4 month course of oral anti fungal medication which is not great for the liver. In this time, my fingernails should grow out and clear, but it takes about 18 months for toe nails to grow out, so I may have to do another course of anti-fungal meds. Not happy at all. The salon is beautiful. The pedicures are heavenly. But the salon staff really need to use sanitized equipment for every customer and they need to learn to recognize a fungal infection and turn away customers who have one.

Some pay attention to detail and others are careless, and even answer their phones while working on you. If this occurs, stop them. Before you sit in their chair, take a little time to observe them and explain what you want in a very uncomplicated way. This should give a better result. :)

I figured fine, I was in pain. It was an ok massage, definitely nothing special, but when I tried to communicate with her she really, really didn't understand what I was saying. So I gave her what I thought she deserved as a tip (I'm usually a great tipper, but also fair), and she shook her head and told me that for a $97.00 massage, she wanted twice as much.
