Answering the phone was Isaac, he was the most informative and answered all my questions. He was able to offer us better coverage for both our home and vehicles at a better price which NOW includes a MILLION DOLLAR UMBRELLA PROTECTION at a lower price than I paid for less coverage and No Umbrella protection. I had never heard of " umbrella protection", which he explained how it works and was patient helping me understand my every option as it takes me a bit as I get older. I'm happy to say we did switched back to State Farm and couldn't be happier! I was very impressed with the knowledge and his help. Thank you Isaac! Eddie and Bobbie P

No one wants to talk insurance but it's always a pleasure to talk to David. I highly recommend him.

While our insurance rates have increased significantly since, this year when we found rot on a post underneath our siding, MoE sent a check right away after we sent estimates and photographed the damage. There wasn't a fight over whether it was covered, service was fast, and when we had an issue with our water main a check was sent to locate the leak quickly and when the issue was a rock placed under the pipe, he was very clear it wouldn't be covered and why, as well as provided feedback on what to expect from contractors. We will be MoE customers for life, even if there are more rate hikes, because it's a policy that does more than appease the mortgage lenders. Getting our estimate through ISU was painless with quick communication and they set us up with a wonderful policy. I can't recommend them enough.

Plus added peace of mind that I have coverage when I need a car rental. My car and home policies were transferred to Tom Lusich in Shoreline after Frank Fu in Seattle/UDistrict retired. This is a comprehensive and long overdue post (8/3/23). I have not met Mr. Lusich or any of his office associates in person. However, dealing with them via email or telephone has been seamless and professional with additions or changes made to specific policies. Most recently, I am finally dealing with a windshield ding that became an extensive crack across the driver's side. I received a referral from my long time service advisor at a local car dealership. I called Tom Lusich's State Farm office, got the authorization based on my policy, all the logistics were dealt with, and my windshield replacement appointment was scheduled all within the same business day. Timely, thorough, and professional service!
