Yes, please...let me give the company WAY more money for absolute unknown reasons. Okay. Yeah. Wtf. And wait for a communication that will never be received. Great business model. My home's roof is fairly new and has no missing shingles. I responded to this false claim, requesting that they look into their error. Instead, I was asked for proof of the roof's condition. The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not. I cannot remain a customer with a company that treats its customers like this. If I ever needed to file a claim, I can't imaging the battle that would ensue to force them to pay. Because of this blatant, unprofessional mistreatment, I have switched to the competition.
