Was with Tony Edwards State Farm for over 20 years. Am recently married and was happy to add my husband and his car on to our car insurance policy. I had utilized the insurance for collisions and incidents through the years with no issues. Everyone has been helpful and kind, no complaints. He had a minor incident with the snow and a ditch last year and needed to get his car fixed. A handful of months later his premium increased exorbitantly. By $600.00. When I called the office to ask why, they weren't able to give me an answer. The gal said she would look into it and call me back. Never received a call back. Yes, please...let me give the company WAY more money for absolute unknown reasons. Okay. Yeah. Wtf. And wait for a communication that will never be received. Great business model. Decided enough was enough and clearly loyalty means nothing to the company. Ditched them and never looked back. I suppose I am silly for thinking that over 20 years of business would have potentially warranted a call or email to check in after cancelling (or following up to not let it get to that point). Yet, nothing. I'm honestly disappointed. Shows me that I made the right call. read more

We been in State Farm for over 10 years , and never have been treated as if we weren't important or weren't honest. Diana has treated me and my daughter horribly and she is a liar. My son in law was trying to get into our policy I gave them all the information of his restatement and DUI dismissal told us we can add him with a higher rate. One day I go to pay my insurance and all our policy canceled without notice and without anything. Instead of saying no to us they canceled everything and got rid of all the insurance. read more

Best agent ever! We were on vacation in Puerto Rico and we just found out that our vehicle was broken into and damaged and we were not sure what to do. I moved my entire families policy over (Homeowners, 5 cars, and 2 renters policies). Both of my daughters had their policies since they were 16 years old and brand new to the road. They never had a ticket or an accident their entire 5 years of driving. There were times that our rates went up even though we didn't have any claims, but we stayed with this office because we really liked working with his office and staff. This year we were asked by the staff to leave State Farm because my husband got into a car accident (1st one/no traffic tickets) and my daughter scraped her car in a parking garage (1st ever caim/no traffic tickets). For 5 years I paid $650.00/mo (on time every month) for my 5 cars and homeowner policies. We unfortunately had to file a claim on 2 of the vehicles in the same year and we receive a call from this office asking us to find insurance elsewhere. I am nearly 63, retired, old, bald, grouchy, and hard to please. Mr. Edwards stands for what is RIGHT with American business. I have had zero complaints ever with Mr. Edwards, his office staff, or his company. I have always gotten quick answers and/or results from his office and cannot find a single item to whine about. I have policies through his office on my dwelling, several vehicles, several boats in the past, an expensive piano, and an umbrella policy that kicks in after any potential loss exceeding policy limits on other policies. Added item over and above the insurance business: Last time I met with Mr. Edwards, we discussed his military service and back then he was a Major in the United States Army reserves. So Mr. Edwards is not only a successful businessman, but he is an American patriot. read more

This place has changed. My family has been with this State Farm for years. The staff used to be very nice. Deanne's customer service performance at this branch was very unprofessional neither on the phone or by email communication. Every time we emailed or phoned her (she's the only customer representative person to answer the phone), she would give us the attitude that made us feel as though she under-estimated her customers' knowledge. True that we have questions, just want to call to find answers though she failed to do. No explanations whatsoever about her response. read more
