She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, open, honest, and supportive of my financial considerations. Sarah also asked me questions about my criteria for selection for another carrier and advised me accordingly. Most importantly, her response times via the phone and on email were right on, which created a high level of trust and reinforced my decision to go with Travelers. Sarah not only increased coverage with my homeowner's policy, but also saved me almost $500 a year on my auto policy. She's phenomenal!

My rates started to fluctuate greatly, so when Morgan called from Sean Joyner's office I was glad to get a quote; same coverages I had for $80 less monthly. Extremely happy to have made the switch, and glad to have connected with this office specifically. It is run by a few older women with an infinite love for cats, as evidenced by scores of cat tchotchkes and cartoons posted on the wall. The women are always friendly and welcoming. My home's roof is fairly new and has no missing shingles. I responded to this false claim, requesting that they look into their error. Instead, I was asked for proof of the roof's condition. The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not. I cannot remain a customer with a company that treats its customers like this. If I ever needed to file a claim, I can't imaging the battle that would ensue to force them to pay. Because of this blatant, unprofessional mistreatment, I have switched to the competition.
