I'd also like to give a shoutout to our waitress who was incredibly friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She's one of the main reasons why we keep coming back. She even came over when our food was put down to make sure we knew exactly what we were eating and had to do it. I've worked with people of Ghanian and Nigerian descent so I do know what good African food tastes like, and this place is one of the best. Tonight I ordered the taushe with fufu and was very happy with it! The fufu tastes great, a little sticky but I enjoy the texture and think it works great for dipping. The taushe had great flavor, was very filling, and was seasoned expertly. My only minor critique is that some of the pieces of my beef were large which made it a challenge to eat inside the stew. But it's a dish that I definitely recommend to anyone. My mango juice was also very tasty and I enjoyed the whole experience once again.
