**This review is for placing orders through them, not the actual play area** I honestly cant believe the utter unprofessional back and forth I received from an associate named Jim Hadac ( who i believe is the owner/CEO ). I've been trying to confirm a very simple quote and facts with him for over a month now and have received no call backs and most recently a very rude "take your business elsewhere" attitude... well those words where actually said. I have no idea why he is not wanting our business or this order that is just shy of $20,000. It may be too large of an order for this small business but I would have preferred to be told that at the beginning of the month. I do believe this company has potential but will not be using them for any installations which is a shame because I wanted to do local. read more

This place is super fun! I brought the 4 year old I nanny here & he absolutely loved it. It's super affordable and you can hang out as long as you want. The play structures have fun things for kids of all different ages and abilities. Everything is padded so it's also super safe. We spent 3 hours here and he never got bored. If I could give them zero stars I would. Place was crowded, which is expected on a Saturday. But if you think your child is safe there- think twice. Turn around for one second and you cannot see your kid (that's what happened in our case, but good child was found hiding in the tube) and you start running around looking for him/her. Then we found the door to outside and it was not locked and that's fine, what is NOT fine is the fact that this door could be freely opened from the outside as well. So anyone can walk in and take your kid away. Abductions happen statistically in 3 seconds. When we questioned the staff about the door we were told "well it's for us to take the garbage out". If anyone from the managers is reading these reviews- please revise your safety procedures. read more

So, let me get this straight: You build large and very sophisticated backyard play sets. Then, you get the idea to fill a warehouse full of assembled ones and charge families a modest fee to come in and play on them? Bravo, PlayN Wisconsin. Bravo. Our daughter could not find enough things to play on. First, the trampoline. Then the swings. Then the trampoline again. Then the slide. Then the slide again. Then the slide again. Then the slide again. Then the trampoline again. Back to the slide again. This process repeated itself for about the next two hours. Me? I just walked over and played some basketball with another dad while she played with some friends. When it's closing time and you have to drag your kid out of there, you can take comfort in knowing that you could actually buy any of those play sets to have installed in YOUR backyard. It's also all indoors, so when it's January and that Wisconsin winter is bearing down upon us your kids can play away. We celebrated my son's birthday here on a Sunday during open play time. The following are the + and -: + large warehouse showroom full of playhouses, trampolines, basketball hoops, etc. + pretty clean considering the amount of daily traffic they receive + clean bathrooms + good variety of things to do - not well supervised. Younger staff sat mostly behind the counter staring at their phone screens while allowing the trampolines to be overcrowded with children. - not very many places for parents to sit. - more crowded than when they first opened. I liked the old layout better. - a drinking fountain would be a good addition. All in all I would return because my kids had a great time. read more

Jim and PlayN Wisconsin were great to work with for our Community Playground that was installed a few weeks ago in the Highwood subdivision on Lake Koshkonong. The Playground Set is beautiful and we went with the shredded rubber which is not cheap but is definitely worth the money to keep the kids safe. The set was installed in under 4 hours which was crazy. The kids of the community are really enjoying it and with the quality of the set, they will be for many years to come. read more

I can't say enough positive things about PlayN WIsconsin! This is our go to spot when the weather is too cold, too hot or too wet to play outside. Our kids have such an amazing time every time we go and always appreciate the space to run! I appreciate the safe, warm and secure place to let them burn off the crazies However, we don't just go to PlayN Wisconsin for open play, we've had a birthday party here AND we've purchased a play set. Both experiences were flawless. The play set set-up was timely, efficient and to perfection. When we moved, we had our play set removed, stored, and rebuilt by PlayN Wisconsin for a very reasonable fee. Once again the process was utterly seamless and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Lastly, birthday parties are a breeze here. Show up, do a little decorating, unleash the kids, provide cake, drinks and food, and you're done! The employees do all the clean up and the kids are all exhausted by the time you leave!!! My oldest's birthday was such a success that we inspired 2 of his classmates to have their birthday parties at PlayN Wisconsin too! We held our son's 5th birthday party at PlayN Wisconsin last Sunday. We had around 20 kids attend, ranging in age from 3-6. I was very impressed with the entire operation. The owner and his team helped with set up and clean up. Bonus: They also handled goodie bag distribution!! The facility is very large, clean and the kids have a blast going from play structure, to trampoline, to basketball court (repeat). I would have another party there in a heartbeat. It was perfect. This place is super good value --under 2 is free and reg admission half price if you have coupons from your MILs Bucky Book -- lol. Anyway they are an indoor playground with a basketball court, multiple trampolines and like a lot of playgrounds w slides and swings-- like the kind of playset you would find in someone's backyard. All the playsets and trampolines have prices on them in case you want to order it if your kid really likes it or you could just come here w them and not freeze. My kids had a lot of fun but they are 1&3 and I think that maybe at 5 they would be able to do more here, there is not much for littles except swings but under two is free so that's ok, bring the baby if you have an older sib bc mine still had fun. Super fun spot for the kid to run around indoors and interact with other kids, bounce on a trampoline, bounce a ball, etc. It costs a bit and they should add more seating for adults and they should sell water bottles (not flavored) - those are my only drawbacks. layN Wisconsin is the best! They make the highest quality outdoor swing sets. They also have amazing birthday parties and an indoor play area for kids which is great for the long Wisconsin winters. The rates are very reasonable, and they are a locally owned, family run business. So far all of the kids I've taken (nanny) absolutely love it here. It's a brilliant idea to just use the display sets as a play area. The summer price seems a little high for some swing sets and trampolines but it's pretty comparable to other open plays, and you can stay asking as you like. It does get a little difficult on the busier days as all of the kids want to use the same equipment (mainly the trampolines). Also, I cannot get cell phone service in here which is a bit of a pain. read more

Took the kids to play in their indoor showroom when the weather was cold. Its a nice and well-padded, ie SAFE, area for the kids to rampage during the cold winters in Middleton. They didn't seem to have any time limits on how long you could stay so it was monetarily a really cheap deal. They also offer Groupons that make it even cheaper. The staff was nice and the equipment was fun/available for adults to use as well as kids. They had kids basketball hoops and adult ones for example. They also have some very nice equipment as well, but I haven't actually BOUGHT their products so I couldn't attest to how well they hold up in a real backyard, but they LOOK nice. read more

I just visited PlayN Wisconsin in Middleton a week ago as I was looking for a new grill. I have been using a very nice propane grill for the past several years, but heard about ceramic grills and what a great experience and unparalleled flavor they can offer. After doing extensive research I decided on the Primo. I arrived at this decision through reviews as well as talking to grilling aficionados that I have met during my quest to find the 'best grill out there'. I really like the features of the Primo as well as the size. Primo offers many options that can be added to really customize how it will cook your meal. The flexibility of the Primo was clear. The Primo ultimately felt more comfortable than other ceramic grills I looked at. Referring to a Primo as a grill is a bit of a misnomer as I have learned it is so much more. Until my purchase of the Primo I had a gas grill, a charcoal briquette grill and an electric smoker. The Primo does it all. No exaggeration. We have cooked fish, smoked ribs and brisket, chicken and burgers and they all taste simply phenomenal. I wish I knew the difference a good grill could have on how your food tastes! Working with the staff at PlayN Wisconsin was a pleasure. They took the time to explain all the features of the Primo as well as their personal experiences with the Primo line. They didn't seem distracted and actually seemed as excited about Primo as I was! Nice change of pace compared to what I am used to at the majority of other retailers. If you are in the market for a grill (and so much more) you owe it to yourself to look at Primo and make sure you talk to the PlayN Wisconsin folks. You won't be disappointed.
