Did a great job, sales team at store were very helpful and super knowledgeable about product design and pricing. We purchased a large play set and trampoline. My 3 daughters are super excited to this addition to our yard. We had a problem or better said I had a problem with where the play set was positioned in the yard. I wasn't home during the install. The owner sent 2 teams out to make the connection and ended up perfectly. The install team were all business. I'm in construction and I know a great team when I see one. I'd hire them in a heartbeat. We need a replacement canopy for our Rainbow Play System castle. Thought the process would be an easy order online. Found out we needed to order from a dealer. Left multiple voice mails and emails to the dealer in Waukesha with no communication back. Finally the phone was answered when I called today. The representative was condescending and rude. This is the same dealer we tried to have stain our system 2 summers ago when we always "the next person" on the list for the entire summer. The rainbow play system product is solid. Absolute worst people to work with. Save yourself a lot of time and money and don't bother talking to these guys. We have a disabled son who needed a play set for therapy. We were treated extremely rudely by their sales team. They treated us like we were wasting their time. One word answers, no help choosing a system, complete lack of professionalism. I suggest trying anywhere or anything else than rainbow playsets in Waukesha. read more
