The response: "It's too hard for us to pour such a small amount of milk." No apology, no refund offered, no remake possible. Bottom line: don't advertise a drink you don't know how to make. Better yet, teach your baristas how to make basic coffee drinks properly, since you are, you know, a coffee place (or a "coffee café, as the sign says, which is a bit redundant, I guess). My advice: go to any good third wave coffee place in CoMo (Acola is the best, in our opinion), and they will make you a proper, 4oz (as advertised) cortado. The food was fine, nothing special. But the prices? It would seem reasonable to me if the food were half the price. This isn't inflation, this is airport pricing, with maybe a smidge better quality. This place could and should be better, but they just don't seem to care to be. Until they do, don't bother coming here unless paying $23 for bad, improperly made coffee and a sandwich I could make at home sounds like a good idea to you.

Hands-down, it was the absolute best gooey butter cake I have ever had--and I've tried many from plenty of bakers over the years. This single slice may have changed my outlook on life.
