My potatoes were half burnt (one side of the diced potatoes were burnt) and the rest were burnt through. We never saw our server after she brought our food. There were no refills on drinks. We had to ask another employee for our total and to check us out. This happened the last time we were there and it's unacceptable. I would excuse this if they were busy; but, staff was standing around chatting and only half the tables were occupied; so, busyness wasn't an issue. I am done with this particular First watch.
