Elevator to my room was in decent order. The room assigned was a little bit a ways from the elevator which is good. The key to the room worked okay. Room and bathroom was recently remodeled. No bathtub but a nice clean oversized shower. Standard bathroom toiletries from the holiday inn express hots. The room temperature was a bit warm but worked correctly during my stay.The bed, fridge, microwave, iron, and coffee machine in the room was in good order. Fridge did a good job to keep groceries I had cold. worked. Mattress was not lumpy. Shower was the right temperature through my stay. I used the gym a few times. Some machines worked okay. Some of the remotes for the machines did not work correct therefore used the main tv. Some supplies needed to be refilled on one of times of use. There is a pool and/or spa that I didn't elect to use. There is a standard restaurant in the hotel. I didn't try it out. My room was cleaned consistently and correctly. My four night stay and bill was correctly delivered to me the last morning with no issues. Overall good service and nicely updated hotel. Nothing of the hotel was worth noting as an issue on this business trip. I would stay here again.

I don't know if this was an app error or a hotel error, but I did not feel welcomed walking in to begin with. Unfortunately we were forced to book a stay at a neighboring hotel, which sucks because I like my points. What could have made this better was at least feeling more welcomed, not feeling like I walked into the wrong hotel.

The bathroom was well-stocked and extremely clean. In fact the entire place was very clean; virtually spotless. I can't wait to use this business for future parties, because it's a blank space. I love that the walls and tables are white- so it can be easily decorated in virtually any theme. It's significantly more affordable than other party rooms in town and the room is just the right size for groups under 50 people. The owner waa extremely professional and had the place all set up when I arrived. They met me as soon as I pulled up and gave me a quick tour- then messaged me as I left to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. When I reserved and paid for the space the contract was promptly sent to me and was clear and easy to read and comprehend. There were no crazy rules; basically just make sure not to break anything (which is a super reasonable request). The payment process with a credit card was simple and all done online with ease. This woman was rude the second I walked in. As we were finishing our check in she told us we needed a $200 cash deposit to rent the room. Wtf is that about. After 2 hours of being there they accused us of smoking in the room. My husband doesn't smoke and she watched me walk outside several times to smoke. As this got progressively worse she said she took pictures of the room but wouldn't show us the pictures which tells me she's lying about it. She kept our 200 dollars which I think is illegal considering she has our credit card on file. I'm pretty sure she put it in her pocket. She didn't like us the minute we were pissed about the 200 cash deposit so she discriminated against us. Her coworker said she didn't smell cigarette smoke but she ignored that completely. I asked for her supervisors number she wouldn't give it. I asked for corporate number she gave me hotel number. She obviously doesn't want me to talk to anyone above her. My brother is a lawyer and he say YES SHE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST US.
