Had a bad experience with the Laser Tag Frenzy and the way it is organized, well I should say unorganized and very disappointed with a worker by the name of Lukas, who was working the Laser Tag area. My grandchildren waited in line for over 20 minutes to play because there was a sign on the door that said "in use" or "game in progress" something on those lines. We thought someone was in there and we waited our turn. We are then told by another worker who walked by that there was no one in there using the room. Then a large group of kids came, the door opened and Lukas (the rude employee) starts letting kids in. Since I had stood there over 20 minutes with my 2, they followed the group in. Then we were asked if we were with the birthday party? Since we were not I was asked by Lukas if I could go in and get my kids. Since he's the one that let them in, he should be the one that goes in and gets them and tells them they have to come out. But I had to go in and remove them. So, after more than 20 minutes waiting and getting in but getting asked to exit the room we left. This was terrible customer service. Also, if you are short staffed and are not going to be using the Laser Tag then a sign needs to be on the door that says "THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE TODAY". So, people do not stand and wait thinking their turn is coming soon. We visit on a monthly basis. I am not sure if we will be returning. read more

It is a fun place, however it's so expensive!! Ball-O-City should not cost $7. The price for all of the attractions should come down to about $5 and I think more people would come. Also. They should stop selling peanut butter sandwiches due to how many people have peanut allergies (including my son). They can easily substitute with wowbutter or sunbutter (wowbutter tastes more like peanut butter than sunbutter does). read more

Local family owned. Great place for your kids to learn how to play hockey. Lots of arcade games to choose from, too.

My grandchildren--ages 4 and 17 months-- spent a wonderful evening here. The activities are engaging and reasonably priced. The facility is well maintained, and staff members were friendly and polite. They can't wait to try mini-golf on their next visit. We went yesterday for first time since Scotties hasn't been just a skating rink. We've put it off because of the expense. The kids, of course, had a blast. There's tons to do and is a clean place to play. It just adds up too quickly when you have more than one kid. With our family and my sister's there is 10 kids between us. There not really a discount for groups unless I missed that. There are special pass prices but that's still per person. The go karts are not really fun. We went there ditching for that and found that you only get 5 minutes to ride and any lil bump or whatever they slow you down. Your ride is controlled electronically. Boring. I'd say if you wanna go skating and palsy video games this is definitely the place to go. read more

My daughters and I went to Scotties as we have numerous times. I understand the place was really busy at this time. My daughters were hungry, so I ordered a pizza. Instead of clearing garbage off a table to include skates laying around that were obviously not being used, the manager suggested that we went outside to eat. I asked for a refund, and the person at the consessions wanted to argue with me when I suggested asking people who were just using the tables to lounge around at to announce letting others use them to eat food they ordered. They didn't have to ask people to do that if the employees could have done a little housekeeping to accommodate people trying to eat food they ordered. Very poor management today on February 18th, 2023. The world's getting too soft when you can't ask people to move themselves when they are sitting around. When I was a kid, we wouldn't be asked to allow others to sit. We would have been told to move. It will most likely be a long time before we visit again. read more

Scotties is an ever evolving place for the whole family! They add new games all the time. Skating, mini golf, bumper cars, go karts, a huge indoor play area, and awesome food! Plus, they're family owned and everyone that works there is always so helpful and kind. It's right down the street from the highway exit so easy to find! read more

For the price that we paid and the amount of games that weren't working properly or just out of order with no sign was pretty disappointing.

scotties fun spot is the worst place ever! last friday 6-5-2020 me and 2 others reserved the go karts at 4:45 pm and was told that we would follow up go karts with putt putt. when we arrived we were told that they were running behind and it would be an additional 5-10 min. no problem. we raced there were problems with the karts and the kids working were very pleasant and gave us an additional 3rd ride due to the issues. once we completed the go karts they asked us to go inside and pay since we didn't at the time of booking. we went in and was greeted by a very nice girl that let us pay and then directed us to the putt putt. we were about to finish the first hole when this rude red headed girl came outside and asked if we had reservations i had explained that we were told we did and that it was just to follow the go karts. she told us we didn't pay and didn't have reservations even though when i made them we were told they were together and when we paid inside we were directed then to putt putt. i am not sure where the confusion was from the guy i talked to when i booked the appointment, to the girl that took our money inside, to then the redhead that came out and rudely forced us to stop. i told the girl that we drove over an hour just to come to you company but we would just leave and did. i contacted the owner and all he could do is offer an apology. read more
