    Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Maine Street location is drive-thru only, Broadway location has a walkup window as well. Both locations are always super busy, so be prepared to wait. I recommend navigating to their menu while you wait (you can't see the menu until you are at the ordering window at Maine St, and limited menu viewing at drive thru for Broadway). There area both static drinks, as well as rotating seasonal items. My favorite summertime drink is the Waikiki Lotus which is pineapple and blackberry, fall is the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Options include various lotus drinks, coffees, frappes, and boba. The drinks are pricey, but they are delicious.

Beautifully designed on the inside, such a trendy sleek look (city feel with country friendliness), amazing staff who were so friendly and willing to help. Now for the drinks... guys, these were FANTASTIC! I mean a must try and super reasonable pricing. For the record, we will be stopping by 1 more time before we leave

I hate to leave this review, and this is not a reflection of the service we received at the window. The women we talked with were super friendly and chipper. However, it took quite a while to get through the line in the middle of the day (I can't imagine mornings). And I was so disappointed in my $6 drink. It was mostly milk and had no coffee flavor at all. It seems like small coffee companies are just putting more and more sugar and syrups. It was too much. They also sold Lotus Energy, which isn't related but gives strong "Herbalife" vibes.

I came here on a Saturday morning pretty early considering I know the line for the two drive thru's are very long waits. So I had maybe 4 cars in front of me and as soon as I blinked my eyes there were many to follow behind. From what I see on their online menu to check out they have many coffees, cappuccinos, lotus teas, and such. But I wanted to know if it was as good as it seemed. So of course I got my usual a medium iced vanilla coffee. Which was honestly very good. And they even offered me a pup cup for my puppy. She enjoyed her pup cup haha. So if the line isn't crazy it is worth a shot.

Prepare to wait in line at the drive through. This place is usually packed, even in the afternoon. The line extends outside of the drive through when I was there. We waited a good 20 minutes before we could order. A staff comes out with an iPad to take your orders. The drinks are huge in size. 16oz for a small. I got a small iced matcha strawberry, my friend got the carbonated Sweet Heart drink. This place also has various toppings such as boba, and as for the dairy option, you can choose from a variety of milk types (soy, oat, etc.) It's easy to see why this place is packed, it offers high quality drinks and service was friendly. Worth the wait time if you are patient. Truly a gem of Quincy, IL.

In line for some amazing coffee. It was worth the wait!

The line is always long but when driving by the second time today I saw that it was a little shorter than before so I decided to pull in and try it. This was my first time at Carter's. The wait was kind of long, but my son and I both found it was worth the wait! I ordered a small Lucky Charm Coffee with Almond Milk and a small Pink White Peach Lotus Energy Drink. My son ordered a small Frozen Mocha Madness. I loved my coffee and he loved his. We both wished we would have ordered large. The energy drink was yum but very sweet, which the girl had told me. I just didn't realize how sweet. Pink is the sweetest so next time (I will be back when I'm in Quincy again!) I'll will try one not so sweet! The building is very nice and new and classy. And the staff very patient and friendly. They didn't seem to get frantic and panicky with all the cars lined up. They just did their job in a friendly, polite and efficient way! As far as the drive through - there are two. I was confused about this while sitting in the long line. Headed west on Maine you get in line on the street (unless you are one of the first that day) because the line goes all the way out there. The drive through window is on the back side of the building. While sitting in line, I notice a drive up window on the front of the building. And a line there. At first I thought maybe it was call in orders or for GrubHub, etc, pick ups. Then I realized it was customer orders too. This line is shorter because not as much room for cars to line up. I was new at this but not sure why the cars behind me chose to stay in my line instead of going to the other. Next time, now that I know, I will pull forward to that line if there's room. Tip: The day I was there they had a girl with an iPad coming around to the cars lined up to take their orders. Since it was our first time we didn't know because we hadn't gotten to the menu sign yet. Make sure you pull up the website and decide what you want. Then when they get to you it won't take as long!

A very cute place! 2 lines of drive through but they do come out to take orders! Amazed that they can offer so many varieties of drinks with such a small place! We order Hawaii Swirl and Hot Coco! Both are delicious at great price! Queue is long but totally worth it!

Banna laffy Taffy, yogurt bobas, so good

Really great place to gobin Quincy for a lotus drink, prices are fair pricey, you can also add bobas to your drinks. Staff is friendly, only down fall is the long wait but worth it

This was my first time experiencing their coffee and I have to say the service taste and price blows big brands like Starbucks off my radar. A big plus for me as a diabetic is that they have a large selection of sugar free options ranging from coconut flavoring to my favorite and what I ordered Hazelnut. My wife ordered their White Chocolate Mocha and gives it a 6/10 compared to Starbucks which as being extremely picky is high praise. I will definitely be returning for more coffee in the future.

I'm reviewing this business 1 month after their grand opening, so as they expand some of these details may change. Currently they have coffee and lotus options and a couple small packaged snacks (goldfish crackers, etc). They have all the expected coffee options including iced, hot, lattes, and milk substitutes. They have unique lotus flavors with fun names like "sidewalk chalk". Unfortunately I'm pregnant and am limiting my caffiene intake, but the few drinks I've had here have been super yummy and affordably priced. I'd easily compare the quality to other small coffee shops in town.  The real highlight though is their play area- which is essentially an indoor gated play room filled with toys age appropriate for kids 1 to 8. My two girls (a 1 year old and a kindergartener) absolutely love the area. There is a soft cushion climbing area, an ice cream/ coffee cart, building toys, dinosaurs, and books. They do seem to rotate toys and there are often new fun things to find. All of the toys are clean and very well-maintained. They do have a separate area just for young babies as well.  Parents can sit in the play area or at a bar that lines the area, looking in. There are also couches, comfy chairs, and cafe tables. I prefer the bar area, as I can watch my children while also working on my laptop, writing in my planner, etc on the bar top. One thing I very much appreciate is that the ambiance music is kept at a very low volume- which I think helps keep the kids at a low volume as well. The decor is comfy and gives kind of an earthy boho "beige mom" vibe- which again, is very calming. The staff are very friendly and easy going and seem to allow free-play without micromanaging the kids.  I'm just so grateful a place like this came to Quincy. We'll be frequent flyers here. Clean, kid friendly, welcoming, and comfy. What more could a mom ask for in a coffee shop?
