Fantastic açaí bowls! A great spot for breakfast or a mid-day snack - so many good options and great location. I would definitely recommend. read more

The operation here is wild. Four high schoolers and no one knows what's going on or moves with any sense of urgency. About 30 people waiting in here for an hour during Saturday lunch rush. Wild setup. read more

Walked right in on a Saturday morning and ordered without waiting at 8am. Server was helpful enough. I ordered the new passionfruit bowl and a mango power bowl with a half coconut base. I live that playa bowl lets you customize your bowl with a second base flavor. My order came out quickly and I sat out front on a bench with my husband and dog to eat our bowls and people watch. They do a brisk business, so there were lots of people. read more

We decided to try Playa Bowls today because we received a buy one get one coupon. The staff was friendly and welcoming! The bowls had fresh ingredients and were large portions. They also have an extensive menu to choose from, so I would recommend looking at the menu ahead of time before going in to order. In the restaurant they have 5 or so tables as well as very nice murals. We throughly enjoyed our bowls and will be back to one of their many locations soon! read more

I live in Rehoboth and have for the past 4 years and have repeatedly been into playa bowls to order while also ordering online. While I understand that it gets busy as the summer season is beginning, I ordered online and waited for over an hour to get my two bowls. I was told when I first walked in that they were being made and continued to wait until it seemed like they were almost given away to someone else. While I was waiting close to nothing was being put out. For $15 a bowl and having about 5 people making them I would think making two bowls wouldn't take an hour. This was ridiculous read more

I got the Nutelleoco bowl (subbed out Nutella for Almond Butter). It's refreshing, but the coconut is a very subtle and thin flavor. Not bad by any means, and I would go back, but try a thicker base like banana. -- Great granola on the bowls $10 is pretty standard for smoothie bowls at all beaches, but they're not entirely filling here, if I'm being honest. We go to Cape May every year and the place their has MASSIVE bowls that are almost hard to finish at times. ... *EDIT: I came back two days later and got the Olas Bowl... It was amazing. Added vanilla protein powder to it as well (they have whey and plant-based protein). Banana base for bowls is much more filling read more

To start off positive, the mango bowls were delicious and refreshing. On the contrary, the açaí bowls tasted so badly. As soon as I tried a bite, the smoky flavor of BARBECUE filled my mouth. Barbecue. You'd think that a smoothie bowl would taste like fruit, but alas, this one was far from it. VERY far from it. It was the same taste as biting into some ribs COATED in barbecue sauce. Coated, not dipped. Anyways, would not recommend the açaí bowls. read more

I purchased an açaí bowl there the other day and it was not good at all. They were measuring the amount put in the bowl on a scale and was still under filled. There was no granola and random fruit that doesn't come with the bowl. It was also soupy and melted. This has never happened to me before and I am very disappointed. read more

I went to this place for Acai bowl , they have verity of options to choose from and you can customize any bowl as you like. I absolutely love this place! Fresh and delicious! Now as for the service not the greatest, I was over charged and when I tried to explain that to the cashier it seemed as if I was speaking another language. The second day I went there I had a modification to my dragon fruit bowel and the cashier typed it in wrong so explained it to the girl making it who also didn't understand one simple addition (coconut flakes) so I had to explain it to her as well. Well needless to say as she was making it she made a snarky comment about an item that wasn't even in that particular bowel (which is an error by the cashier) although her comment was directed toward me as if I punched the order in wrong. So ladies please be mindful that although this may be a great place customers can hear and see you side eye, and slick condescending comments. read more

The best smoothie bowls we have had in a while! So many options for base and toppings. I had the electric mermaid but substituted the base for açaí because I do not eat bananas. The fruit was so fresh and I loved the granola mix they used. We are planning to come back tomorrow! Very clean and the staff was attentive/friendly. read more

This place is a bust. If you put me in a 10x10 foot room with everyone who has ever cyber bullied me, it would have been that experience from this morning. Idk what these parents are doing to raise these kids to be such mean jack wagons (the customers as well) , but congrats on creating the least friendly kids. Smoothie bowls are so fucking good though 10/10. read more

Yum! Stopped here this morning for a bowl with my boyfriend before heading out for a nice beach walk, and it was delicious! First off, the bowl itself was huge. It took me forever to finish it, which is a good thing considering how delicious it was! I got the pura vida açaí bowl, which came with blueberries, strawberries, granola, and honey on top of an açaí base. Delicious! Something really interesting and cool about this place is the different bases they have. You can choose between açaí, pitaya, coconut base, chia, oatmeal, or banana! The banana base sounded awesome, (a mix of banana, almond milk, and honey). I've never heard of a bowl spot having so many options. I wish we had a bowl spot like this closer to home so I had more time to try everything! read more

Worst açaí bowl I've had so far! I ordered the Pura Vida and substituted the blueberries for mangos. The açaí purée was watery and way too sweet, there was barely any granola on top of it and the fresh fruit was sour. Also, the customer service at this location was terrible. The girl who gave me my order proceeded to say my order name instead of attempting to say my actual name but clearly said the name of the girl whose order came after mine. After she saw the look of disappointment on my face she gave me a fake smile and said have a nice day. Don't ask for customers names if you are just going call out their order instead. As a POC, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. read more

This place is amazing. Out of all the açaí bowls I've tried in rehoboth and honestly everywhere else this is definitely my favorite. The employees are very nice, very fast service, very beachy looking and decorative inside, and huge variety of choices. Really fresh and full filling bowls and smoothies. Friendly and quick service. Rivals the original location in Belmar NJ.

I ordered online but it was ready in time and it was a fast process once I got to the location

This was my first time trying a playa bowl, I got the pitaya type ones. Omg soooo good. They took out all the tables and chairs so definitely taking precaution b/c of COVID. The location is great b/c it's right there on the main strip with all the other shops and food spots. Definitely will go back once they open back up. read more

Fresh and refreshing! Worth the wait. Tried the Nutella açaí bowl and it was great! Staff very pleasant. Definitely will return.

The smoothie was good BUT the register girl complained about my tip to the girl making my smoothie. I had my headphones in but paused so i guess she thought i couldn't hear. Then when i got my smoothie i said "thank you" and none of the six girls even acknowledged me. I was the only one in there and it was very uncomfortable. Also tipped $1 for a $7 smoothie so that's not low balling...... i wouldn't go back. read more

employees are very rude. they don't know how to treat customers, I had seen an argument take place and the way the "manager" tried to handle things was not taken care of properly. It is absolutely disgusting how things were handled and the faces the manager was making. I will not be returning here, you are better off getting much better service somewhere else. read more

New fave spot in Reho. We've had a couple juice bars throughout the years that have bowls, but this place blows the rest out of the water. First off, the prices are so reasonable, you can't go wrong with giving it a shot. Choose a base based on the fruit you love, or the benefits you are looking for, and load it up. They have a menu with options to choose from, but also allow you to build a bowl the way you want it. Either way, you are set. They also offer smoothies and fresh juices, as well as nitro brew coffee in cans. You can purchase their granola and homemade energy bites as well. The atmosphere is so zen and tropical... it can remind you that you are on vacation even if it's storming outside. Staff is super friendly. Eco spoons!!! Eco straws!!! Overall amazing and can't say enough nice things. Give it a try, you won't regret it! read more
