So glad we stumbled upon this store on our drive home from Florida! First off, it's huge & packed with a ton of fun items. They had gashapon machines, a mystery locker game, mystery pokemon pack machines, a row full of blind boxes, slimes, figurines, squishies, just to name a few. They had a wide range of tcg cards and a touch screen you could use to find specific cards you were looking for. They had plenty of friendly staff there to answer questions. I also loved how all of their inventory was clearly labeled with its price. That's not something I usually see in tcg stores. Can't wait to come back on our next Florida trip! read more

Store is cool and has alot of nice stuff but they are extremely overpriced Went in for Pokémon day to get some singles or sealed products and couldn't believe the mark up 8/9$ for single packs you can get from Walmart for 3$ and most sealed products were over 25% msrp. Didn't even wanna ask what singles were priced. 20$ for single evolving skies pack I'd love to support local shops but can't pay those markups. Wish mobile had a decent card shop read more

Whooo talk about overpriced. Came in for some basic Wii games for my littles expecting them to be about $5 or less considering how old the wii is an how it holds absolutely no value. I found a few " ehh " kind of games to keep them occupied through this virus stuff going on. Went to go buy controllers which would probably be about $7/$8 at game stop but no for the little sticks they were $13.99 and looked OVERLY used. So in total I ended up paying entirely too much for two controllers and three games. I would've been better off buying off of Facebook marketplace. Wouldn't recommend buying anything gaming wise from here. read more

Best experience getting my phone fixed. They were very prompt and texted me when the phone was ready. Great customer service!

I dropped by iPhone 6 and wanted to get the glass fixed. The price quoted over the phone was about 30.00 less than other quotes I received. Took it in and waited about 45 min. When tech came out with the phone he asked me to look it over. I noticed a discoloration spot on the screen. He saw it to and said he would take it back and put another screen on. It took about 30 more minuets. While they had it broken down I asked about replacing the battery as the battery wasn't charging properly. They said since it was already torn apart they would only charge 20.00 for the battery. So at the end of the day. 80.00 for a new screen and a new battery that worked great. I was very satisfied. Overall I would recommend. Just make sure you check the phone over before leaving the store. They made it right while I was there. read more

The service and customer service is by far the over the top of any repair place I've gone to. They informed me that the last guy that worked on my phone didn't put it back together right! But they fixed the issue in a timely fashion and I have no problems with my new screen! Would highly recommend this local place ! This place is great! I go there for old school Nintendo games and they have the largest selection in town. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they keep an eye out for me. You can't beat their prices. I have referred my friends and family. My brother took his phone to Play and Talk to have the screen replaced and now goes back to buy games. My daughters iPad was taking 3 days to charge (on a good day). She was devastated. We went to the store and the gentleman was very prompt in waiting on us. He very quickly identified the problem. He could have told us that we needed to replace the part since it would not recognize an Apple charge cord and charge us $100-$150 but instead told us that there was an alternate charge cord that works in situations like ours. They were out of stock of the long charge cords but had a short cord and told us to take it - NO CHARGE!!! Don't see that everyday. I will be going back to purchase the longer cord when they are in stock and return the short cord for them to use for the next customer. Needless to say, my daughter is ecstatic as the new cord works like a charm. Can't beat the customer service that he provided. I wish I had gotten his name so that he could be recognized. read more

Broke my phone screen and Googled places that do phone repairs and the first place that shown up was the mall so I went there. The guys seemed cool and they fixed my phone. When I got out in the parking lot though my phone screen started acting really weird- had lines and stuff all behind the glass. Tried bringing it back to the people in the mall and they tried telling me that I broke it. On the short walk out to the parking lot without even messing with it! They wouldnt help me anymore so I went back to Google and found this place Play and Talk. Walked in to see how much it would be to fix my phone and even explained what happened. The guy told me a fair price and said it would only take about 30 minutes to fix it. I waited and once it was done they told me that the other store forgot a few pieces inside my phone and even ripped a cable. The guy even offered me a discount since I had to go thru so much trouble. Had my phone fixed on Saturday. Less than 24 hours later my phone has a crack on it. It was not dropped. It was only in my pocket. When I called to ask them about the warranty I was told they do not cover cracks. That I can bring it in and they will discount me a new screen repair. If your business does something as a service. 24 hours later that service is messed up. You need to claim the mistake. The crack does not even look like it was dropped. I can no longer use half of my screen because of the pressure is no longer available on that side. I can understand if I called four or five days later about the crack. Less than 24 hours thatis not customer error, that is manufacturer or replacement error. I can understand that 99 out of 100 times you do a screen replacement you do it correctly, but the one time you do it incorrectly you need to take ownership of that mistake and assist the customer in getting it fixed. Not try and get more money out of themI would recommend not going to them, because if you are on unlucky one you will have to pay more to get your phone fixed where you could've gone to someone else and got it fixed the right time. read more

Was advised to have my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed here. Everything went fine until about a month after the repair the left side of my touch screen completely stopped working. I took the phone back (and since it was still under warranty) they replaced it but did not seem to even care that my phone had an issue after it was left in their care. No one even apologized. Literally 5 days after that incident, I noticed the technician that fixed my screen the second time had failed to glue down the right side of my screen, so the phone was gaping open. I went back yet again and it was fixed, but I never received an apology or an explanation as to why this was happening. They would not extend the warranty from the most recent date it had been fixed, which makes absolutely no sense since he issues present were their fault. Not to mention the customer service was garbage and every time my phone was handed back to me, glue was coming out of the screen. Sloppy work. Will never set foot in this place again and have advised several people not to. My phone was in much better shape before these people touched it. If you care about your electronics, don't bring them here. read more

This business has me at a loss. They have an excellent inventory, are knowledgeable for the most part and are generally quick and thorough with repairs. But why does every employee, (and I mean "every", especially the owner, but also management down to part timers) at this establishment look and act like they're on the way to a funeral? Now with the kids that work there, I get it. Youre getting paid 7.50/hr and would much rather be anywhere but at work, but with the, used loosely, management, isn't it part of your responsibilities to make customers feel like you want them there? Or at least *not* like you want them to leave? Repeat business is an essential cog in any small business, as is building relationships with your customers, all of them, regardless of whether or not they're buying. I want to reiterate- excellent inventory, I haven't had issues with anything ive had repaired, and the service is.. Albeit barely, acceptable. Its hard to do any shopping, however, when you feel like a nuisance and also as though you should leave. You guys could very easily be a 5-star business, with an even simpler effort. read more
