My buddy also wanted to get an amp wired for his car. We were given quotes we both felt decent about and asked when they could fit us in for installation. He said he could get one of us done on Friday if we dropped the car off. The next morning at 930am I did just that after again calling to confirm they could have it done. I waited around Mobile after work that day and finally went in at 5:50pm to pick up the vehicle. I was then asked if my ride left because my vehicle wouldn't be done that day. I was frustrated but obliged and got another ride and went home several hours after I could've been home had I know the work wouldn't be done. On Saturday I waited around until noon and finally decided to call and check on the status and I was nonchalantly told "oh yeah it's done." Great, so now I got another ride for the 35 minute drive again from my house to finally pick up the truck. I am very perturbed with the lack of communication. All it takes is transparency and communication. I had plans to bring my other vehicle to get a sub and amp installed as did my buddy but now we will go to another location or business all around. The system does sound great as expected from Kicker and an audio professional installing it.

The radio I bought from them was far better than the one I replaced it with. The problem was relatively complex involving the vehicles OEM Bluetooth module and the aftermarket interface. They worked until they found a workable solution. They called back to check on the situation. I had a bad experience but they turned it around. I am very pleased with the effort and outcome.

He was an older white guy raised the matter, but this most recent visit was a gentleman that was probably the same age but he happen to be a black fella that doesn't matter here or there but maybe they can use that information to train on some attitude adjustment lessons, because look up pawnshop has a sole purpose is there as an alternative for the public to do business in the hopes of giving the customer close to, or at the very least a reasonable price and which the pawnshop itself can make a little bit of money, and the customer can get some cash that they obviously are in desperate need of at the moment or maybe not desperate but or willing to do business at the moment it's no reason to offend somebody by offering them so little and being dismissive of the facts and information they give about the product that the first amount of the counter, obviously seems to not be able to grasp or find in his research quote" of the product on the Internet. You don't look up the product on eBay and see what it's being sold for and based it off that you look it up at the local retail stores because if it's unopened and brand new you need to base your number off what the three retailers in the area or selling it for taking an average price from there you on eBay that's absurd because first all that eBay and can be totally bogus. It could be a scam you didn't do enough to do your research so they could be lowball on the price and be trying to scam somebody into doing something other than business. Now that's unlikely but the point is just going off the number you see on eBay is ridiculous. Also whenever you're looking at the wrong product model number, when in fact what I had was a different model which was more expensive. He refused to understand that and couldn't read the box. Obviously, I mean he could read the box, but he just refused to be wrong about it. Anyways, I was very polite and understanding and calm and I just politely declined and left but I just think I need to say some of this because man we're all goes around. We gotta help each other out be good to each other. Somebody comes into your business, especially with what y'all do not treat them like dog shit and like they're somebody who you think you can get something over on because then factual calls, the customer in this case me to never visit you again and I'm sure that y'all can't really afford to have at least one out of four customers not come back shit you wouldn't want one customer to not be able to come back. I guarantee it if the owners able to see this message, maybe they can take some of the information sit through it and educate this gentleman on how to behave with customers and how to do business appropriately as per the contract. We have each other and society can act like animals shit right now. System fail, so keep it real. Do a little better try harder no hard feelings here. I'm sure I'll give you another chance. The men that installed it were confused, saying they have never had a dishwasher arrive without a handle. After checking all of my invoices, emails and messages, I found no communication about having to buy a handle. Now, Mobile Appliance will not pick up my phone calls and wants to charge me $300 for a handle. I have built and owned several houses and never had this much trouble with a dishwasher or small business. I like support local small businesses and typically they have better customer service than big box, chain stores. However, once again Lowes is the place to go! I decided to bypass buying a refrigerator from BestBuy and instead found Mobile Appliance. I met with Glen Hite and within 30-45 minutes, we had found a model we were happy with. He was extremely helpful and made the process extremely easy. He called and updated every step of the way. There was a significant wait time due to delays related to COVID but this was expected. The refrigerator actually arrived sooner than anticipated and the men who arrived to deliver and set up the refrigerator were amazing! They called beforehand to ensure we had power (Hurricane Zeta) and showed up in a timely fashion for the delivery/installation. They were very careful navigating the refrigerator through the house and handled the installation with great care. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism we experienced using Mobile Appliance. Now that everything is up and running, I have peace of mind that I am in good hands!
