This location looks more like a dirt cheap. Today the young male cashier was too busy playing around with a young girl cashier and apparently forgot to hand over half my items ,to my daughtet,that I paid for. I got home and have tried to call the store 12 times in less than 2 hrs. They either ignore the calls or they answer then hang up. So now I'm out of pocket as well as product. BTW he had time to catch us. He was on register 16 near customer service. I went to customer service after checking out to pick up an online order. Then proceeded to walk past his register yet again to leave.

Before this week, I had no idea that Kohl's was a drop-off location for Amazon returns. I hardly ever return anything (because I scour the reviews of course), but how convenient! It's in my neighborhood! The process was smooth, handled efficiently, and in a matter of literal seconds I was on my merry way-- to shop (when I should have left the store)! I completed this in Florida. I moved to Mobile in April thinking changing my address would suffice. HA! Don't know where my $40 went but now I get charged for delivery tip every time, whether the Mobile store actually gets my order to me or not. I only receive about 1/3 of the orders I place. The rest I get a message saying it can't be delivered & I'll receive a refund. What's the use? This is the worst system I've ever encountered. I'm not saying Florida is better than Alabama by any stretch of the imagination BUT Florida uses its own employees and its own vans for delivery and I never had an issue. Here in Bama I've had young women deliver my groceries in their personal cars, bringing the kids along with them, including bringing them right to my door. That could potentially cause WM problems, in case they aren't aware. And their shoppers are terrible. I've tried several times to cancel my Plus membership but those requests go unanswered. I've now traded Wal-Mart for Rouse's & Pop Shelf. Cleaner, nicer, better products. No delivery but as an old Boomer, I'll make do. That's what we do.

She was complaining about how much she hated how people kept messing up the store and how much she had to clean up behind all these messy people. She obviously doesn't need to work retail. Or anywhere that she has to deal with people. It will be a long while til I go back to that store. There were other occurrences where she was rude while we were there. The store is still restocking after being closed for a period of time because covid-19 pandemic. Hey, don't let that stop you from just dropping by and browsing the holidays are coming. I decided to pop in to pick up some items for Fall like cozy robe, active wear and lingerie. I found everything I was looking for and at a great price. It's great to see that they are using CDC guidelines to keep customers and employees safe, allowing us to enjoy our shopping experience. They wash the baskets in between customers, have social distancing markers on the floors and they have converted the aisles to One way. All the employees are wearing masks and the line moves a little slow because of social distancing. They don't have as many registers open but check out those cute coffee cups and did you see that popcorn? The store is in a great location. There's plenty of parking. I see the reviews about customer service but I never have a problem, everybody's super friendly and very patient. Besides I'm in a good mood because I don't have to pay full price.
