When I signed up the AMA agent typed in my bank account number wrong, but I didn't know this until…read more2 months later when they cancelled my insurance without my knowledge. (I had to pay 2 months upfront because I'm new to Alberta). I drove around for several weeks without insurance without knowing it. They claimed they sent a registered letter, which I never recieved. They did not call or email. When I went to their offices, they told me I didn't have insurance anymore and it could not be reinstated because it had been several weeks since it was cancelled for non payment. Then when I went to get my insurance again they said I had to pay the 2 months upfront again, they said I once again had to pay 2 months upfront, and my rate was more going to be $40 MORE PER MONTH. They also said it would take 3 weeks to "fix". No compensation or anything was offered for their mistake that caused a very dangerous situation, not to mention I have a disability and need a car to get to do everything since walking us difficult.

I had a very unpleasent experience with Montgomery Auto Shop from northwest Calgary you may read my…read morestory on their site so I was looking for another shop and I found on Yelp an auto shop called Jay's Automotive. My car is a Mitsubishi Endeavor 2007 so when my brakes did not work properly I request to Jay an estimation for rear and front brakes they answer to me and I made an appointment. Shortly after I left the car to the shop Jay called me with a good news you have left on your car about 2 years so is not a time to replace them. Honestly I was shocked by Jay's honesty and I ask him to check the brake fluid or some leaks somewhere and he replaced the fluid and charge me labour for one hour. So far so good the car is ok now and I want to thank to Jay and Andreea for their nice job.
