Extremely minimal updates/upkeep at the Chehalis location. Customers talk and mention the…read moreappearance of neglect. Mirrors falling off the walls in several rooms, screws still in the walls from where the mirrors should be, broken and hanging in the dry wall, all the rooms need repainted and deep cleaned badly. Door handles need replaced, not secure feeling while undressing. There were several tanning rooms for a very long time that were not properly ventilated putting paying customers potentially at risk. Inside because a tanning bed, the vent typically goes through the ceiling, meaning the hot air generated by the tanning bed is directed upwards through a dedicated vent system into the space above the ceiling, where it can then be circulated out of the room through larger ventilation ducts, ensuring proper air exchange and preventing overheating within the tanning room, well the vents were broken and not expelling the heat through the ceiling. Leaving customers using the beds was lying in a pool of sweat. That was not mentioned to customers and most didn't understand why it was suddenly so increasingly and uncomfortably hot. It appears whoever owns or manages this location is unable to maintain the standards that other Desert Sun locations do.

While running my card for $65 for 2 spray on tans, my fiancé found a coupon online for $20 off. When he mentioned it to the girl, she said, "Oh I thought you just wanted a groupon. I already ran the card so it's too late." Then she ended the discussion by walking away from the register. Would have been nice to save 20 bucks. The spray on tan wasn't the best I've had. Not worth what we paid for it but was the only booth option in town we could find.

She proceeded to tell him that his money was more important to the business than my money was. So after hearing that the worker realized she messed up his transaction but couldn't figure out what. So I asked if I could please just check in. She rudely said no she wouldn't let me. So I said well you can cancel my account then. I won't be giving money to a company who says my money isn't as important to them as the next person. She refused to cancel my account.

I went into Moonlight and asked to cancel my membership. They assured me that they would take care of it. Several months later, I noticed that they were still continuing to charge my account. I would not ever go to this place again to tan!
