This was an extra that I found helpful and gave me confidence in the salon since they all reflect years of training and experience at high end schools/business. Yessenia did an AMAZING job with my hair! I came in with box color dark red and she lightened it up to a beautiful ombré strawberry blond. And she was willing to work with a very fast, last minute scheduling. I needed my hair done within four days for a last minute interview and she got it DONE. On top of that, when the Friday results didn't quite look how we wanted, just based on chemical reactions etc, she had me come back in on Sunday and got the results we wanted, no charge. She was very careful with my hair and took the time to perfect her work. I had to come in for 2 sessions because I had very dark hair and she had to lift and tone several times but it was all worth the money and time spent! I previously had ombré and box dyed hair and she carefully diagnosed my hair situation and discussed a mutual plan of action so i felt 10000% comfortable with her handling my hair. Shes also affordable! My gel manicures last way past 2 weeks, no chips no lifting and I have my hands in water alot during the day! Actually Terrible. I had an appointment at 4:30 today and nobody was there. They were located in an almost vacant building that has absolutely no sign telling you where the place was. Anyone who went there, especially a girl, would feel extremely unsafe and unsettled by how empty the building was. I called multiple times prior to coming because a major accident happened on the freeway that delayed me by 10 minutes and no one answered me. I come to finally find the place and can hear the phone ringing through the door. The place was completely vacant and doors locked. They really wasted my time. My very first time here and Sally did my hair very knowledgeable nice individual. Only 3 things that I had an issue with #1 will be the pricing which was $250 it's pricey I'd have to say I had a balayage before I only paid $180. #2 she worked so quick but the hair dye splashed and got on my face ears forehead a bit sloppy I wish she would've taken more time on my hair. #3 would be my hair I asked for face framing ribbons and I got a regular balayage instead. I like my hair but it wasn't really what I asked for. When I put my hair up I don't think it looks as good there's like 2 triangle patches that had no dye. After going back and forth over Yelp messages regarding the type of haircut I wanted with pictures of everything and the color I needed to dye my hair, someone by the name of "Martin" booked an appointment for me. Well, when I arrived, I showed the stylist the same picture I sent Martin and said "she didn't have the equipment or clippers to do the haircut". She was never told about the haircut only the color. I showed her the messages and said, she wasn't aware of the haircut. I drove almost an hour to get to this salon for them not to have the proper equipment. After I left the salon I messaged Martin letting him know of the issue I had at his salon and he never replied. read more

So I scheduled an appointment and was quite surprised at the design of the salon. It is very professional. Sunny was very nice and we chatted about small talk like whats going on in Russia and she was very pleasant. I just asked for a simple cut and she went far and beyond that. She gave me a shampoo rinse and blow dry to compliment my professional cut she gave me. She works with profesional salon scissors and clippers as well to clean up around the ears and neck. The salon is very nice and feels very upscale yet comfortable. I had a great view of magnolia and tyler intersection and I felt very relaxed as I watched the city hustle and bustle. The sound of the waterfall puts you at easy and you get to escape crazy Riverside for and hour and just be at ease as you get your cut. Definitely coming back read more

Basically they came to my school and sold these gift certificates. It's redeemable for a haircut, skin care, and body care. A really good deal for $50. My younger sister saved up to get this for me for my birthday. Nevertheless, it was to expire at the end of February, I called early to mid January to set up an appointment (The back of the certificate states to call at least one week in advance, well I tried to book a month and a half in advance) . They said they were booked until March (What about walk-in customers?) and that someone would call me back and I could only use only the haircut portion. No one ever called me back and when I called them, they said too bad cause it was expired. The thing that got me was someone I knew walked in for a hair cut and told me there were no other customers whatsoever. I'm just disappointed that my sister spent half a bill on me and I didn't even get to use it! I dunno, If you go I hope you have a better experience! read more
