She has a high level of integrity and is always striving to learn as much as she can about the new laws and practices for both real estate and property management. Not only did I work with Tiffany prior to switching careers, I used her to purchase our first home this month. This was not a large sale, in fact I would bet on the fact that it was one of the smallest ones (price wise) that she had dealt with all summer. However, even for such a small sale, Tiffany went above and beyond to help make this sale go through. I was 9 months pregnant and had difficulty making the inspections. Tiffany and her team stepped in to handle things when my husband and I physically couldn't. She checked on our property multiple times to keep up with the long list of inspection items that needed completed before settlement. I knew she was a good agent but this is the first time I had experienced her level of care and detail first hand. My husband and I will forever be grateful to her for making this sale go through during such a busy time in our lives.

Most home owners don't really invest in their property. When we moved in there was a jungle in the front yard. As it got more and more out of control Freedom decided to come out and get it cut out of there and put down grass. This made our lives incredibly easier. They re-did the roof while we lived there. The furnace died in a fireball (maintenance guy who was working on it let us know.) Anytime something went wrong they were there, being proactive always. Even now I think back on how nice everything was with them. My new home while it's amazing to own a house there's a LOT more responsibility to it. When I first moved in I had explained to the staff here that I wanted to get ready for owning my own home and they were super supportive. Whenever we did inspects I always got tips. They LOVE animals, and even made a special exemption for one of our babies that we rescued. I cannot thank them enough for all that they've done for my family and I. I just saw the deposit refund. I had incredible amounts of trouble moving, and even still the new house isn't set up well enough. 2 Days ago the sewer backed up into our basement... Carpeted... basement... @.@. The point is that they were INCREDIBLY generous with the deposit refund, they could have easily claimed a bunch more items for repair and yet they didn't. I couldn't have asked for someone better, and 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY rent from them again!

Service started out promising in the beginning then concluded sloppily once the end was on the horizon and no money was to be made. There were many belabored emails that just went in circles, offering no resolution and no apology. Two tenants moved out while NLR was managing the property and there were damages unfixed and no deposit credited. For example, after the first tenant moved out we were told to get the carpet professionally cleaned, then replaced altogether in order to rent. The repairs department was the exception, especially the new manager. He stayed on top of the jobs, and communicated before and after.

They will cite you for the smallest infraction, and will not change 10+ year old neighborhood rules. Took our HOA nearly 15 years to change parking rules after my fellow residents stood up! We pay so much in HOA fees for what? The pool is only open for 3 months out of 12! This organization told our HOA to spend 10k+ on security cameras which violate our privacy! Our trash and recycling after 20 years went from 2 days a week to only one in the past 2 years! And they will not change providers who will come twice a week, nor will they negotiate on pricing with the vendor for only coming once a week! We are paying for trash pick up twice a week when they only come once now! This organization will harass residents with mail, and inspections done by people out side of this neighborhood, and then send you multiple notices, and even threatening using lawsuits! This is no way to treat a homeowner, especially one of the original residents of this neighborhood. They even hire people with criminal backgrounds! Beware!
