Very accommodating and easy to work with, they made us feel like ours was the only event they would be having all year. While I was no bridezilla, I did make my share of switches and changes. AND - they rented both the Queen Palm villa and Foxtail villa out to us for our out-of-town guests (and the bride and groom) Let's tall above and beyond! The day after our wedding, Rubina made the last six remaining guests lunch and brought it to our villa. AND - on checkout day, she made a hot breakfast for the final four of us. That's going the extra mile for sure. When leaving the venue (reluctantly) Rubina told us we were welcomed back at any time, to pack a lunch and sit in any part of the beautiful waterfall areas and enjoy. I cannot recommend the Palms, and its warm hearted staff, strongly enough.
