Went in for a pedicure, the other two spots I tried are closed on Monday. It's a big place. The worker did a 13 minute pedi, no filing, no massage, left my nails sharp on the edges. Cost $25. Nails snag on bedding. And of course I am pressed for tip. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. This place is really bad I do not recommend it.. literally made me bleed, the nails look chunky and it's only gel not even acrylic. The guy that did my toes was really gentle with my feet but ended up filing my nails to make it look round I don't have round toenails and I didn't ask for round, my mom did a regular polish pedicure and it was a horrible experience for her she asked for the ingrown toe nail to be taken out on both toes and the guy took one out and just dug into the other toe and hurt her and didn't take anything out... after we complained the guy was giving way too much attitude for a job like this and even stepped out of the establishment to take a breather like okay you did the job and you're the one that's mad? Can't really expect much from a place that has 15+ people working like dogs. read more

I decided to try this place out since my usual spot I go to is no longer close by since moving and im honestly not too sure what the negative reviews are regarding because with my experience it has been nothing but pleasant...I called asking about pricing for a gel pedi, got in super quick and was greeted by staff, immediately i sat down and was pleased to see unlike most salons they do use brand new pumice stones as well as have mini single use disposable containers of exfoliater and lotion for every person, they also followed up with hot towels, he shaped my toes exactly how i wanted them to be, B was amazing and he did a great job! My daughter treated me for my Birthday a pedicure and manicure, which included 3 pedicures. I was seated first the technician proceeded to put the plastic wrap over the bowl and told me to put my feet in the water. I felt the water cold so I never put my feet into the bowl. The technician disappeared for 10 minutes when she returned she was folding towels. I asked her if she really wanted to do my nails very rudely I do for you. Miss Graces you need to step it up with your customer service. I experience today a upset customer who wanted their nails a certain shape however Patty wanted to do them wanted to do them. Space the customer was a complied by her daughter, and the daughter assisted Patty piece, fix her nails how she wants her nails she's paying for them petty assisted no no no thanks escalated and got a little bit out of hand as Patty kept doing still what she wanted to do. The young lady asked Grace excuse me, ma'am I'm having trouble Patty One won't listen to my mother how she wants her now my mother asked for her to file them down a little bit and she keeps doing what she wants to do patty. I got to see that Grace show no interest in what the customer wanted and continue to tell the customer. What can we do? How can we fix this from one of my understanding? Grace is the Manager owner whatever it is she should've deal with the situation a little better it made me feel really uncomfortable. $70 for a gel mani pedi! Walk in, and request a simple mani pedi. They tell you to wait patiently for a technician who will usher you into a land of very thick accents and up-charges. To be fair, the place seemed promising despite the low ratings. Sat in the comfy massage chair and thought this would be a good experience. They scrubbed my heel, put on a body scrub and mask, threw some oils and started literally sanding down my nails. Not buff.. sand. The scrub and mask is $5 extra, and they won't tell you till you get the bill. The gel is extra as well, and they assume you want gel from the jump. Prices are not listed anywhere so they can easily justify the total price anyway they'd like. It would be one thing if the overall experience was good. But I was horribly disappointed by the results. My heel is now rough, the gel application was rushed and they shaped two nails and decided it would take too long so they left the others as is! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. My homegirl always comes to work with a new fancy design, I was going out of town so I asked her where she goes because I had something in mind and it brought me here. Idk what it is about nail/hair salons you show them pictures and they tell you they can do it but its close no cigar. Foa I NEVER wear acrylics, they told me they couldn't do the design without acrylics, so I sucker it up. Next thing I know they are extremely way to long so I asked for them to be shorter more of a natural length, the nail tech complains that I'm just a baby if I want a husband I need long nail. I got color powder and gel including the acrylics along with a pedicure. As I saw him mixing the colors it wasn't what I wanted and I thought he would blend it in more, no not at all. When it came to my feet the lady never asked what shape I wanted my toe nails, and overall just did a half ass job. The total cost was $130+ for my mani/pedi not including tip, and I never got what I wanted, not only that not even 2 days into my trip I had a broken nail, and was stressed out finding another nail shop, then another one broke and I just wasted so much $ on something I wasn't pleased with. I couldn't do anything because they were way to long for me it was an inconvenience, by the time my trip was over I had clipped them down to size but I couldn't take the gel off I tried sitting them in ammonia for hours. This is the most disgusting nail salon in LA. They have absolutely no Hygene or training. The person who did my manicure and pedicure cut me several times. Every time she giggled and said "ohh". She was really nice but everything was dirty. The towels she used for my service were already wet meaning they were used. Everything is filthy, sticky, and is not clean. She literally wiped off someone's dead skin from her tools in front of me, I had to ask her to clean them infront of me. There is trash all over the floor, the floor is wet and dirty, and the place smells humid. Here is my proof. I complained to the manager and she said the service was provided, if I didn't like it, that's not her fault. She showed zero customer service. That also speak in their language infront of you, typically this isn't a problem, but when the person she's speaking to looks at you it's pretty clear they're speaking about you. Do not come here. I will be contacting THE CALIFORNIA BOARD OF BARBERING AND COSMETOLOGY to file a complaint on Monday. This place needs to be shut down. read more
