Fine if not able to do the work but don't keep my jacket for a week and then lie to us. Thanks for the lack of service. The lady working there was super helpful and made the whole process easy. One big reason I chose this laundrette over others was the payment options -- no confusing cash exchange here. They accept both cash (euro) and card, and I was able to just tap to pay for the wash and detergent, which made it super convenient. I brought in a small suitcase of clothes and was in and out in about an hour. I'll definitely be back whenever I need laundry done in London!
