We wanted a smooth finish, which is notoriously the most difficult stucco style to get right because every flaw, bump, and seam stands out. John just finished the job last week he it looks amazing...it's 100% seamless, perfect smooth coat across the whole surface, around the edges, right up to the gutters, around the mouldings....it looks perfect. While he was here, he also offered solutions to our old garage that needs to be rebuilt. I never knew you could just rebuild the very top of a structure. I always thought you had to knock the while thing down. He also offered advice on our water drainage from the roof. Then he promised to send me some contacts for people who could do the work if I wanted to, but again told me nothing structural is going on, so we don't have to. He didn't charge a fee. We also needed someone to paint the entire house, including the eaves, wood windows, trim, and exterior doors. As the project progressed, we also added on removing a window, re-siding the back of our house (a long wall without stucco), installing a new back door, and replacing our old garage door with a brand new one. Through all these changes, Daniel and sons rolled with the punches and delivered an absolutely gorgeous end product.
