Everything felt thoughtfully curated, and you could tell a lot of care goes into their selections. Most recently, after their move to Hackensack, we ordered a charcuterie wreath, and it was absolutely stunning. The presentation was beautiful, but the quality and flavor truly made it memorable. And unfortunately, because of the chaos of event planning at home no picture was taken to capture it. The way it was devoured... we honestly have no words. Everything was gone within minutes, which says it all. From the visual detail to the taste, every element felt intentionally and beautifully put together. Highly recommend for gatherings, holidays, or anytime you want to impress guests with something that looks incredible and tastes just as good. Shortly after that, I think I went to an event and they actually use plated ideal also and I was so happy that they were well-versed with a local business they had an array of options tea sandwiches and bites that gave me ideas for my future next orders.

They've worked with us from the beginning from concept of us doing a backyard wedding to eventually switching over and using their venue in Emerson NJ. Melody and Chef Victor crafted us a custom menu to our wishes, which included fusing cuisines from both of our cultures (Chinese and Italian). Not only was the menu exciting, it met our budget too. With their combined years of experience and positive regard from the Bergen county community, Melody and Chef Victor were also able to recommend excellent other vendors who we used for our special day. They definitely know what they're doing! During the planning process we were absolutely attended to, including have all our numerous questions answered quickly. Melody and Chef Victor have an immense amount of knowledge of planning an event and having great food with it. For our tasting, we loved everything we tasted and easily put majority of it on our menu for our wedding. These included Korean bbq skewers, siu Mai pork and shrimp dumplings, rice ball arancini, soba noodle salad, and coconut shrimp. Our guests loved them come wedding day. Additionally the cafe food at the venue is excellent, which many golfers who go to Soldier Hill Golf Course go to after their rounds of golf. If you get a chance to eat in the cafe, the short rib sandwich, salmon salad, and crispy shrimp wrap are our absolute favorites. Even my in-laws come by and tell me they think of the food often. Come week of the wedding, we got their full attention and help to make sure the day was perfect. Despite enough rain for flooding in the area and volatile weather throughout our wedding day, the team at Acadia Events and Catering absolutely delivered a high quality event, delicious food, delicious cocktails, and a night everyone keeps talking about. We had four stations to accommodate all cultures and tastes represented in our family and friends. It's the talk of the town and we're so happy with it. We couldn't have celebrated our special day without Melody, Victor, and the Acadia Events and Catering team. Go check them out!

We look forward to hosting many more here in the future.
