Avoid Platinum Car Sales - Complete Scam Experience Bought a car here (RED AUDI A7)and it's been a nightmare since day one. * Fuel system issues started almost immediately after buying -- expensive and still not fully resolved. * They installed terrible, unsafe tires that were already worn and cracking. * The suspension is bad all around -- clearly never inspected before sale. * The car has active leaks, which were never disclosed. * There was a scratch on the body that was never mentioned before I bought it. * I asked them to fix a mirror -- they literally glued it on and stuffed paper behind it. Totally unacceptable. * They claimed the car had "full maintenance" done -- it absolutely did not. Filters, fluids, everything was untouched. * I also had to buy tires within a month of owning the car! * When I asked for help, they refused to fix anything or offer any compensation. * I couldn't return the car because it was just past 30 days and outside lemon law coverage. Worst of all, their mechanic is a total scammer. They find the cheapest way to patch things together just long enough to sell you the car. It's clear they either don't know what they're doing, or don't care. Do not trust this dealership. I regret buying from them, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from here on November 13, 2025 (I have the receipts to PROVE IT that I can post if they say "this isn't a real purchase"!!). After seven days to register the car which should only take a day or two we finally picked up the car on November 20. We took the car home and the next day we had to bring the car back because the transmission was slipping and there was zero transmission fluid in the car. Brought it back to the dealership, fought with them for weeks. They finally sent it to a shop to repair. We finally picked up the car on Friday December 26, 2025 and took it to OUR mechanic first thing Monday morning, December 29 Only to find out the transmission fluid wasn't filled completely in the car and it's missing brackets and bolts and the transmission that THEY put in had to be recalibrated. This was the worst dealership experience I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I have 3 Kids Who drive, my husband and I have bought many used cars and I've never dealt with a worse experience than this!!! Don't ever buy a car from this place!!! They will sell you a crap car that is broken and you will be left to deal with this mess. They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau, which I should've looked at before I purchased a car from here. And I am STILL waiting for them to give me the paperwork for the transmission that they installed in my car - which is my right to have and my own mechanic requested. read more

Obviously, these people want to kill you. There is a Highlander there that had some water damage. We came to check it out, but we didn't know. Had water damage when we opened the car. All you can smell is mold. so we check the seatbelt pull them all the way out. And mold throughout all the seatbelts lifted up the seats. All you see is mold so we ask the salesman does he smell the mold? He says I don't smell anything but will try to clean it and call you back. We're gonna send it out to get cleaned never heard from these guys And they have posted last time I checked you're not supposed to be inhaling mold so these people don't care about people. read more

So we went to look at a car and there were dents in the vehicle. The sales guy said they "just happened" that day, but some of the dings were visible in online photos that had been up for weeks. So they are not honest. Their sales room looks like sketchy as hell, and I would not trust them with a wagon let alone a car. Do not waste your time. You will be disappointed. read more

These guys just sell JUNK cars. They get them from auctions, they change the battery for an used battery (then in about 2 months fails), reset the engine error codes, change the break pads, and do a good interior clean of the car just to play the gallery. They determine the price of the cars by running them on Carfax, then the price seems a fair deal. I bought a car from these guys, 2 months later I had to change the battery, 3 months later, I took the car to the official dealership because the car lost power. The mechanic told me that my car shows over 50 error codes. Many of the error codes were related to the engine and emissions. The mechanic confirmed the car emits higher gases levels. For future buyers at this "car dealer" just to keep in mind they do the state inspection for your car. Then, if the car emits high gas emission they are gonna give it as good just to give the sticker to sell the car. read more

This dealership is under new ownership - the previous reviews deterred us but they had the car we wanted so we decided to go and look anyway and we are so pleased we did. They are very polite and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. From the test drive to taking the car home they were helpful and responsive. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! You have been warned. My 18 year old son bought an inexpensive car from them. I know you kind of role the dice when you buy an inexpensive car. However, negligence on their part was not expected. When we signed the contract, we agreed that the dealership was going to top off the fluids before he picked up the car. When we arrived to pick up the car, there was 1/8 of a tank of gas. They said, they don't put gas in the cars. Whatever, we moved on. A few days later, my son had major issues with the engine. He brought the car to a garage that he knows the owner. They could not diagnose the issue. Then he had the car towed to another garage to be looked at. They determined that the wrong antifreeze was put in the car and it ate away at the rubber hoses, causing little rubber particles to enter and crack the radiator. He ended up paying $688.22 for the fix (because the first garage did not charge him for anything besides the tow). Platinum Auto Sales said they would pay half of the repair bill. However, when we went to get the check, they refused to pay any of the tow to the garage. So they ended up paying 39% of the bill, not half. Then he insisted that he put the right antifreeze in the car because he used the antifreeze that is for European cars. This is not a European car. These people try to scam their way into selling cars, sell cars they know have problems, and don't stick to their word after being confronted. Stay away! read more

Sunday is not a good day to go there those 2 sale man that I deal with is the worse sale I ever met. the person that I met on Wednesday was very polite and helpful and that another star is for we went to pick up the car mister nice guy bring the car up for us and I asked about how many key that come with the car... he said 2 and it's in the car.. we couldn't found at first so I went back inside and the worse guy look at me and said " whatever is in the car is it.. if there is 5 it will be in the car, if there is one it is only one DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAYING on our way home driver side headlight just went off while driving, hopefully there is nothing else wrong with the car, luckily you that I can do lot of stuffs for the car myself so I can make it work. I bought a car knowing it needed a couple fixes because PCS convinced me they were quick and easy fixes and they could send me the 2 parts. They said it would be like a $30 fix. It took 6 weeks to receive the parts from them! I took the parts to a mechanic closer to me. They were the wrong parts! Then they refused to pay the full amount of the parts bc they only buy aftermarket parts and not "real" parts. I accepted a lesser amount of a couple hundred dollars bc I had already waited 6 weeks and needed the car up and running. Turns out the car had a lot more wrong with it than they were forthcoming with. What was supposed to be a $30 fix cost me $1400! There were 7 Broken wires inside the door. PCS would have seen these broken wires when they tried to fix the door, but they said nothing. I also had to buy a new antenna because the antenna on the car was taped on with black tape. I'm short and didn't notice it until it was too late. I asked for $330 reimbursement to cover the broken wires and they refused. They said since I paid for it I could afford it! Guess they don't understand how credit cards work!!! They offered $500 off the next car purchased through them (um never again!) or free oil changes. It would cost me more in gas to get there than it would for an oil change. They did not post these broken things on the advertisement or tell me about them before I took the trip out. They attempted to fix the door that morning with a 5 minute fix but it was broken again before we left. It took a real mechanic 7 1/2 hours to complete the fixes! The car also had cupped tires so they need to be replaced as well. A mechanic would know this, I did not. So I am up to almost $2000 in fixes for a car they said would be about $30 in labor to fix. And the nice parking lot that is featured in the car pictures that they post for sale is actually the CVS parking lot across the street so you don't see their actual broken gravel and dirt lot.
