Even though…read moreI tried all I knew, I was unable to lower the spare tire fully to the ground in order to change the blown out tire. My wife brought our GMC pick up so I tried to use the spare from the pick up on the Acadia. After many tries to match up the bolts I realized the patterns didn't match. Vehicles kept zooming by, many not moving to the far lane (dangerous). No one stopped to help. After several hours, we finally decided to leave the Acadia until next day. As we were moving our belongings from the Acadia to the pickup, a huge truck stopped and the gentlemen said they could help. This was around 3 oclock in the morning. It was like a miracle to us! The men knew exactly what to do and how to unlock the Acadia's spare and quickly managed to change the blown tire and soon we were on our way home with both vehicles, arriving home at 6:00 AM. To us, that late at night, when no one else helped, it was like a saving grace! We cannot thank Al and Steve of Elite Tire Service enough for coming by at the right time and the right place.
