He came to us and replaced them right where we were. Veteran owned and a great person. I paid and went to look at it and they didn't even pull the wheels off. Went and asked the manager what they found and he said they always pull the wheels off and rebalance them no matter what. Told them it wasn't done and walked him out to the truck to show him the dirty wheel weights and dirty lug nuts. He immediately got it right back in and apologized. Tire tech had the audacity to give me dirty looks. Never go back, overpriced half-ass place.

My husband almost died in a wreck yesterday, but Joel felt the need to jump down his throat about not coming to get his medication out of his truck the day of wreck. Truck is absolutely totaled and jaws of life were used. He won't even let us see what's in the truck unless we pay $600. We told him other insurance co will be paying it, but the police have given us no information yet. We even called the police and they said they won't have a report ready for 7 to 10 days. We explained We live 11 hours away and really need his items out. They didn't care. This is absolutely not common practice to withhold belongings after a wreck, and attorney will be called tomorrow

That comment will always sit with me.) I called around 2 PM Friday trying to take care of a bill. I was told I would get a call back at 4:30 PM because the office person was out. That call never came. So I called back at 5 PM and was told they were not going back into the office. It was already 5:05 and I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I asked what the overnight charge would be and was told $15.00. I asked if that charge could be waived because I had called earlier that day to settle the payment, and I explained this was for a nonprofit organization doing our best to use local businesses. By Monday morning, somehow that turned into $45 a night for a nonprofit. That part really did not sit right with me. Sadly, one of our young homeless youth witnessed how the interaction ended. She leaned over and said, "If you were a man, that guy would have never talked to you that way." That comment will always sit with me. Women, always know where your voice is and speak up. If that means taking it further, do it. Whether that is through the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission or the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
