The new owners definitely did not provide the same service. When I booked my service,, I asked them if there was any way I could be put down for the first or second stop of the day. I needed to go to work, and it was still a few days away. They told me that was not a problem. The service technician did not show up until 12:40 PM! The first time I called at 9:30, the lady on the phone made no apologies; she basically said "that's the way it is". I understand when you're working with a time window, customers may ask to be put first, but all they had to say was no we cannot do that. Instead they told me they could when obviously they had no intention of doing that. I don't appreciate getting. reprimanded from my boss about a dishwasher repair. The technician, Brian, arrived and was pleasant. The reason for my service, was my dishwasher was not draining. I explained this to the office when I booked my service call. Brian took off the drain hose first. When he did that there was a very big clog at the end of the drain hose. I saw that and said, "Could that be the reason why it's not draining?" He said "I'm not sure" It seem to me this was an easy fix. He proceeded to take the floor plate off of the dishwasher and unscrew it from the countertop. He turned the dishwasher on, said it sounded loud. I told him that was normal for this dishwasher. He did not try to run a cycle to see if unclogging the drain hose would solve the issue. Instead, he quoted me almost $300 to change the drain hose and install a new drain pump. He reconnected the drain hose to make sure there was no leaks, so I could run my garbage disposal. My drain hose is only a couple years old because I just got a new garbage disposal. I was surprised he did not have parts in his truck. He said he would have to come back another day. He said he only had Whirlpool parts even though they asked me the brand of my dishwasher on the phone and it seems to me that's a common part to have to replace. He did not replace the screws that he removed. Once he left, I ran a cycle through, and it worked! Back to normal! I saved myself over $300 for a repair that I did not need. If I hadn't seen that clog myself I would have just believed him and spent way more money than I needed to. Seems like a dishonest practice to me. Make your own judgments, but I will not be using them again.

I have an issue with my refrigerator not dispensing water. I decided to call the professionals and chose to look local for a repair. The service men came out and didn't really look at anything just said a part needed to be replaced. I went downstairs to shut the water off. They replaced it and it still didn't work. They didn't really know what else to do. I showed them there were other pumps in the door and they said they would need to order that one and would come back out. I was asked to pay the service charge ($140). They came out with the other part and the same thing happened. So they said they couldn't fix it. I was surprised since they do repairs and all they did was try replacing pumps and didn't do anything else. I, who know nothing about appliances, did more than them. The worst part isn't even them not fixing it and still charging me to come out, but they also ruin my floor. When they changed the part they must not have tightened it enough and water leaked out. It was behind the refrigerator so I didn't notice the drip until it caused the floor on the side of it to warp. So, now I still have no water being dispensed, I'm out $140, and boards in my floor ruined. :(

He arrived at our home within 2-1/2 hours of my morning distress call, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to replace the broken part from the inventory of parts in his van. In and out, hardly any appliance down-time.
