On 7/4/26, a staff member was sitting in the cooler handing out water bottles -- 1-2 each -- to select customers, but skipped over us entirely. When we finally got inside, she asked how we were doing. My 80-year-old mother mentioned it was hot, and the employee replied, "Is it that hot since you're out?" -- dismissive, especially right after handing out water to other customers and not us. It felt like the staff cater to a certain type of customer, and we didn't fit that mold. Very disappointing and disheartening after being loyal customers for so long especially on July 4th.

Prices for Patty Goya's Koke plants aren't bad, I've found them to range from the mid 30's to low 80's depending on the size, and species. Plants are inside of Hello Dumplings, and you have to pay with cash, or Venmo, so arrive prepared!
