This is one of the nicer bowling alleys I've seen in DFW north, other than places like Pinstack, which is a rip off. One negative aspect is that they have leagues every day until like 9:00 p.m., sometimes till 11:00 p.m., which is fantastic for the owners but not great for people walking in wanting to bowl. So if you want to bowl come in after 10:00 p.m. I haven't tried the food yet but the place is clean and modern, and it's open 24 hours a day which is crazy! I love this place!! It's very laid back and the food is great!! Anytime I've been during league bowling times (Tuesday night after 9 is ladies night) , the front desk people have been more than happy to put my name on list so I could be one of the first people to get an open lane. They're pretty much, you see what you get. I always have a good ol time here and you should too! The last time we went, we had the shrimp and catfish , smoked wings AND fried shrimp. Each one was delicious and fulfilling. The smoked wings were similar to the ones at Twin Peaks and Hooters. The lemon pepper wasn't my favorite on them but I loved the jerk seasoning and I added a side of bbq which was a hit. The shrimp on both platters were great! The catfish , not so much however I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my catfish so I give them a 3/5 on that. Customer service experience from Monica! So rude and controlling. She made our experience today miserable when being nice and welcoming could have been an easy fix. She needs a job that has less customer interaction. I will never book a party here because of her. I gave it a chance when I was already weary of the neighborhood but the real issue was definitely inside. Raising her voice and arguing with me while refusing to accommodate seating is absolutely unacceptable. The kicker - we are friends of the party but she would know that if she would learn to communicate and stop acting so unprofessional. Came here because I missed bowling alley food. But this was way better than that. The burger was made with fresh meat and ingredients. The service was amazing, and the menu has a pretty good variety. We have been coming to this bowling alley for many years, and the location is clean and is up to date. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and when we were attempting to buy another hour for our lane before the time was up, one of the staff members that helped us with our lane, sold it to someone else and they began to bowl and enter their name on our scoreboard. Our scores were erased, and as we were talking to the staff In regards to issues we were having on our lane, they started our time early as we were getting helped before we started our next game. Between each player's turn, the pins took a very long time to get fixed In our lane. We told staff, and they said they would reset it, and once that was done it became slower. We were in a group of about 8 people, and many of us ordered different items from the menu (burger, pizza) and everything tasted good. Nice place. Not overhyped and commercialized like Main Event or Bowlero. Kinda has a little bit of an old school bowling alley vibe. In fact I was kinda hoping that it was little more dive-y!! We went on a Thursday night, not crowded at all, saw lots of families. Food and drinks were great, my son got a ginormous double cheeseburger, more like a Coronary Bypass on a bun, and I drank a couple PBRs. If I could give negative stars I would, I've never been more violated in my life, a man named DONALD at the check in is very sexist and racist. He repeatedly came up to our group but NO ONE else's group and kept micromanaging us when we weren't doing anything wrong. At first we bought a round of drinks well before 2am and was judging us telling us we had to get rid of our drinks soon, which we well understood. We had time before to consume. It was so uncomfortable to where we felt awkward and even another employee told us that we didn't have to chug our drinks. We got into our lane and he kept targeting us telling us not to stand up while someone was bowling even thought we were standing by our table at our lane not anywhere near the actual lane.. when everyone else around us were doing the same. Then he proceeded to come up to our lane in the middle of our game to take away a small ball from a guy friend of ours who has a declining health condition and is severely under weight and has a very limited time to live due to a condition. We took him out for his birthday and we were just trying to have fun while we could because his time is limited..He then "confiscated" our balls saying "this is for children, if you can't bowl without using these then you don't need to bowl." We told him that it was for the girls to bowl due to our nails and I had to tell him to give me my ball back. He also said "If you can't bowl with and 8 pound ball then you shouldn't be bowling . In what bowling alley is it ok to make someone feel embarrassed for using a certain ball? We then tried to buy another round of bowling he already didn't want us to pay for two hours when we first initially got there, and he didn't want to give us another round after our first initial round. He ended up coming up to us again and took our balls away from us and told us we couldn't play. We ended up getting upset, due to that and asked what was the issue? And we ended up in a screaming match. He cursed us out, yelling at us, belittling us and made a scene. I have video evidence of this circumstance when another employee had to talk to us on our way out saying we did absolutely nothing wrong. That we were the best group of people who came in that night. We were targeted, the only brown folks, non-cisgendered people who were in the establishment and everyone around us were using the same balls, they denied us water which is illegal in the state of Texas and treated us so poorly I would never wish that on anyone. We were just trying to have a good time with someone who we love and care for. Tomorrow is never promised, it's well understood but dealing with something like he is is very hard on himself and loved ones. Health condition or not, NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THAT. Days later and notice how the GM and owner didn't respond. I talked to the Gm about it and he's just as bad as Donald if not worse. Scott is a terrible manager. Came in this Saturday. Place was packed. We didn't make reservations, but Brianna at the front was awesome and got us a lane in about 20 min. We hung out at the bar, and for only having one bartender, the drinks came out quick! The lanes are kept clean and they constantly have people coming by to clean up. Food was delicious! We were surprised because for a bowling alley the food was really good! For 4 people we got 2 pizzas, wings, and fries pickles. We also got a pitcher of beer and some sodas. I have an Ankylosing Spondylitis which has caused my back and other joints to fuse and I wasn't sure I would be able to bowl again after being an avid bowler in my teens and 20s. I tried recently at a couple of family fun centers with lanes that had cosmic bowling exclusively and while I realized my body could still handle 3-6 strings, I wanted to find a proper alley with a proper bowling environment that fit with my odd working hours. And then my coworker made me aware of Plano Super Bowl. I could not have been happier with my experience last Sunday night and plan on returning every Sunday for as long as my schedule allows. As a few other reviews have noted, there's a difference between going bowling and being a bowler. This place is large enough that bowlers, in off peak hours, can be placed lanes away from those going bowling who have no sense of lane etiquette. read more

This is the first bowling house I've been to that oils their lanes for a league then lets open bowlers bowl on them. They claim to be more of a gourmet diner but bowlers still want mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, tacos. Who wants to eat a chicken parm sandwich while they bowl. Now to my BIGGEST gripe. Leagues on Sunday nights. There is only 1 waitress for food and drinks for 40 lanes. She's super busy and it takes a long time to get drinks and then get food. She deals wonderfully but slow customer service is on you. You need another waitress to help get food and drinks to customers. read more

This is my first and LAST time coming to this place. $47 for 2 people to bowl for an hour. On top of this, I asked if they could put my bumpers up to which they complied. On the 6th frame, my bumpers suddenly weren't there anymore so my boyfriend goes to ask what happened. The older balding guy goes "we don't have bumpers on for 30 year olds, 10 & under only." I'm sorry that you age like cheese, but i'm 21 year old with a college t-shirt on and if that was the case, disclose that before we spend money here instead of putting them up for half a game and taking them down without warning. Another thing, my boyfriend was looking for a Large/X-Large 12 ball and there wasn't a single one on the racks causing a blister to form on his finger from using the wrong size ball. Been going here since 2011 & the cool part about this place was that it was 24 hours . Recently when they hired those wanna be "security guards" who walk around with a giant assault looking rifles, I asked if something happened recently to cause the switch to this type of security. The person at the front desk said no so I asked what was the point of hiring "bootleg cops" and he said "they're not bootleg, they are the real deal" and I said they were not- and even told him that they are going to damage his business. Now the video comes out of them doing just that-screaming obscenities at little women and pepper spraying her because his feelings got hurt. That is not how you de-escalate a situation. I don't know how they can afford to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but they are, and it's great! The food is good, the lanes are well maintained, and there are a lot of different leagues to choose from. My only complaint is that after they oil the lanes for league bowling, they allow people to come in and bowl on them until it's time to start league play. A bunch of people bowling for fun with house balls moves that oil around in ways that aren't particularly good for competitive league play. I don't think I've ever seen a house that lets people off the street play on freshly oiled lanes just before league. Forty-seven lanes and they're always on the pair I'm about to bowl on, by some wonderful coincidence. I wish PSB didn't do that. Other than that, I've got no complaints. read more

This has to be one of the top bowling centers in the country. First, the ownership and management really care about bowlers and go out of their way to show that. They are open 24/7 which is crazy awesome. This is the place to go if you are a serious bowler or if you just want to relax, eat and drink, and bowl a few games casually. It is clean, well maintained and customer friendly. They do run lots of leagues and tournaments so be aware of that and maybe call ahead to see if lanes are available. If you just want tricked up glow bowl, then go somewhere else. The Scratch Kitchen and bar here are also really good. And they have a top notch pro shop if you have any bowling equipment needs. Bowling prices are in line with other centers. However, if you are a league bowler there, they give a hefty discount on your open play. read more

My group of 14 people visited at midnight with many lanes empty but upon arrival we were told the wait would be about 45 minutes. The wait time seemed over exaggerated considering how many lanes were open. The manager I believe at the register said he would try his best to get us 3 lanes for our group since there's only one person on shift cleaning during the time we were there. About 10 minutes after speaking with him be said the 3 lanes were ready which was amazing considering our large group! Our group of 14+ will definitely be returning again soon for many fun! Although we were given 3 lanes ASAP and how there was only one person on shift cleaning, I don't know if the area and equipment was cleaned and sanitized properly especially when we are still in a pandemic. read more

I am part of a retirement group that has been bowling here every Monday from 12 noon to 2 pm for the past few months. We pass 3 other Bowling alleys to travel here. Part of our arrangement was that our group was offered to bowl in a semi private room with 7 alleys. We ate and drank there also. Today we arrive to find our promised alleys rented during our allotted times. If you are not in a bowling league you are not treated the same. We actually had a verbal contract with these people. Very convenient that they are open 24/7. Came here a couple of weeks ago with my son. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. They put us over in the VIP area where they have about 7 lanes. There were a couple of other families there as well. Lanes were too oiled in my opinion but no big deal. Only part of the bumper was working on our lane but the big issue was service. It took 50 minutes to get our drinks. 50!!! Drinks arrived well AFTER our food arrived. Food took awhile as well. My son was super thirsty so I had to get his drink out of the vending machine and I returned his drink when it came out because I sure wasn't going to pay for it when I had to buy another. I've been here several times and love how well they take care of the place. It's clean, has a great proshop, and people say the food is good, but I've never eaten there. Since I work 3rd shift I'm awake at strange hours on my day off. This is one of the few places I can visit for something to do. I've even purchased my own ball because of this. The building is always clean. I wish they had more food and drink options during those late hours but I fully understand you can't keep a kitchen open 24hrs.
