This is one of the nicer bowling alleys I've seen in DFW north, other than places like Pinstack, which is a rip off. One negative aspect is that they have leagues every day until like 9:00 p.m., sometimes till 11:00 p.m., which is fantastic for the owners but not great for people walking in wanting to bowl. So if you want to bowl come in after 10:00 p.m. I haven't tried the food yet but the place is clean and modern, and it's open 24 hours a day which is crazy! Looking forward to late night bowl at Plano Super Bowl!

I love this place!! It's very laid back and the food is great!! Anytime I've been during league bowling times (Tuesday night after 9 is ladies night) , the front desk people have been more than happy to put my name on list so I could be one of the first people to get an open lane. They're pretty much, you see what you get. I always have a good ol time here and you should too! The last time we went, we had the shrimp and catfish , smoked wings AND fried shrimp. Each one was delicious and fulfilling. The smoked wings were similar to the ones at Twin Peaks and Hooters. The lemon pepper wasn't my favorite on them but I loved the jerk seasoning and I added a side of bbq which was a hit. The shrimp on both platters were great! The catfish , not so much however I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my catfish so I give them a 3/5 on that. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to laugh and bowl simply because the food is good and the prices are even better on select days!

Came here because I missed bowling alley food. But this was way better than that. The burger was made with fresh meat and ingredients. The service was amazing, and the menu has a pretty good variety. This isn't your typical bowling alley fare . They have a nice bar area with TV's on every wall. My meal was around $11 for what is shown and a drink. Give this place a try

My husband and I used to come here when we were dating - we're talking 1994-1996 - and man this place is as great as ever. They take bowling seriously and it shows. They take care of their lanes. The alley is kept at low temp, which is perfect. Everything works as it should. No complaints. And, bonus!, the food at Scratch Kitchen is freaking awesome. Double burger was a standout; highly highly recommend getting this. Ultimate bowling alley food and I mean that in the best possible way. Service was funny and friendly at the kitchen as well. Hoping to start doing this again more often. So happy to be back.

We have been coming to this bowling alley for many years, and the location is clean and is up to date. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and when we were attempting to buy another hour for our lane before the time was up, one of the staff members that helped us with our lane, sold it to someone else and they began to bowl and enter their name on our scoreboard. Our scores were erased, and as we were talking to the staff In regards to issues we were having on our lane, they started our time early as we were getting helped before we started our next game. Between each player's turn, the pins took a very long time to get fixed In our lane. We told staff, and they said they would reset it, and once that was done it became slower. We were in a group of about 8 people, and many of us ordered different items from the menu (burger, pizza) and everything tasted good. Other than that, the service that we received was underwhelming and we are looking into going to other bowling alleys.

My company rented out a meeting room here 4 days in a row for days that stretched from 9am to 4pm. The big pluses here are that it's easy to find and the parking is free. The meeting room is like a plain corporate meeting space with a network connection and a partition divvying the space. While it wasn't the most stimulating place to sit all day, the ambient noise of people having fun and playing games is kind of amusing given the stark contrast of company gathering and all the fun brouhaha going on outside. Everyday of the meetings, we had steam trays of food brought for breakfast and lunch. The food was like kid-friendly versions of everything. For example, we had taco Tuesday, and the food was reminiscent of school cafeteria food. It wasn't bad, but something you definitely wouldn't want to eat everyday. The employees here were really nice and helpful, so the team here is solid. Whenever we had tech issues, someone was in right away to assist. The big irony here is that after the four days of training we got cards to enjoy ourselves with unlimited play for like an hour, but we were all too worn out to enjoy. So is the life of grown folks.

For about $13, you get unlimited free play all day, making it an excellent value. The arcade is a little smaller than some of the other Free Play locations, but it's packed with classic games from the '80s, '90s, and early 2000s, along with a nice selection of pinball machines. There's a full-service bar and food menu. I didn't try the food, but the drinks were reasonably priced. My only complaint is that there aren't many places to set down a drink while playing, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy. The arcade is tucked away in an older shopping center, so it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Even with the Father's Day crowd, the staff stayed busy while remaining friendly and the restrooms were clean. Overall, it's a fun and affordable place to spend a few hours, whether you're reliving your childhood or introducing someone else to classic arcade games.

Free Play is fun and a great bargain in my opinion at 13 dollars a person per entry. You can stay…read moreas long as you'd like and continue playing games, all in free play mode! There are a variety of games- PacMan, a foosball like hockey game, racing games, pinball, frogger, shooting games, old classics like Fix-it-Felix, DDR, shooting hoops, skee ball and more! It's relatively clean and employees come help is something is glitchy or a ball is stuck in the basketball game, for example. They play music at an appropriate volume (this place is way less deafening than cidercade, and less crowded too!). I've never had food/ alcohol here so can't speak to that. It's definitely a great place to go, especially with a buddy, to get competitive and just unwind a little! My only complaint- the arrows in DDR are not very sensitive and tend to stick a little on their machines. It's very hard to adjust the initial difficulty level because the DOWN arrow on both sides of their machine is so not-receptive to touch you have to jump on it with intense force to move it from basic to more difficult. I'm actually pretty good at DDR and kept getting BOOS from arrows I was hitting. So just don't come here specifically for a DDR marathon and you won't be disappointed. Everything else was in good working order!
