Since I got married in Ca, I needed to make a sworn statement and have it notarized. Mr Parcel was great. I was able to get the document notarized and still had time to scan the document and get my marriage certificate order by the end of the day. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and very helpful. I was even welcomed to Texas and given a "Welcome to Texas" discount. I will be back for all of my notary and shipping needs.

The only reason I removed a star is that the staff don't really acknowledge you when you walked in. There were two people working who looked right at me and didn't say a word. I thought, okay, could've just been me. But another customer walked in a minute after me and loudly said "GOOD MORNING!" to wake the staff up. I giggled and turned to tell him good morning and a subtle nod for solidarity. Same thing to a woman customer to walked in right after, not a word. Let's smile and say hello to our customers and peers, friends.
