My call was answered by an answering services. When I said I needed an appointment she asked if I was looking for artificial insemination, among other odd questions. I was taken aback and asked if I was talking to PWH. The person with the call service was rude. Secondly, today I show up for my appointment and was told there would be an hour wait! I sat for a bit, then decided to walk around the building ONE time! I was gone for maybe 5 minutes. As I came back around the patient who was after me came out and got me. She told me that they just called my name. When I went to the nurse she told me I'd have to wait because I missed having my name being called. The other patient said I could go ahead and the nurse, who was less than kind, said no. She put two other people ahead of me for the mammogram. When I finally saw the doctor, Dr Wurst, she said well you left the waiting room. I was gone for 5 mins. After waiting for 2 HOURS I was with Dr. Wurst for approximately 10 minutes. Also, they charge $50 for a late or missed appointment. All I got for my time was frustration. Not that they care at all, but I will be looking for a new provider. Go to literally any other hospital in Ohio. from the waiting room I was put in a 10' square concrete block room and my clothing was torn off me to "stop me from hurting myself" despite my begging them not to touch me because I'm a sexual assault survivor with trauma about having my privates touched. There I sat for 17 hours without food or water (except what i could drink by cupping my hand under a tiny sink) and had to ask to use the bathroom with the door open where a male police offer sat facing me) until I was strapped to a guerney (despite repeatedly saying I'd prefer to walk and sit in the ambulance, for which I was charged $650 after insurance) and taken to a mental health facility. No human empathy or kindness was given, and no doctor ever spoke to me. the rude, condescending nurse on duty spent all her time talking and laughing with others in the nurses station. after about 12 hours I was told I was "overlooked" for the food service and given a vile, sugary "uncrustibles" sandwich and a cup of water. I went there for help but I was instead treated like a criminal. I'm a kind, mild-mannered 52-year-old grandmother with a professional career, not a violent drug addict as I was treated. It was honestly the worst night of my life. Also, a good friend's 90-year-old mother had severe bed sores after being in Riverside after a fall. No one ever turned her and she was left in her own urine. Her assisted living director called Riverside furious after seeing the deep bedsores, and no apology or excuse was given. They just don't care about anything but profits and treat their patients worse than animals. This place needs to be shut down for patient abuse and neglect.

I sit there with amazement and I start crying because I lost all hope that I was finally going to get or work towards solution for my serious health condition. I am now in the room by myself wondering why she spoke to me that way and why she didn't see me as a human. I then grabbed my stuff and proceeded to find the assistant to let her know I didn't like the way she spoke or handled me and I left. I then called back and tried to speak to someone and no one returned my call. The sad part about is how many other women has she made feel this way. She made me feel like I was sitting there for free. As if I don't have to pay or utilize my health insurance. I went to my car and sat there as if my value was not represented neither did I know what to do but find another doctor and hope and pray with all the waiting that there is nothing seriously wrong with me.
