Doctor Klein is awesome. He's always super patient and kind and answers all of my questions. He never makes me feel anxious or talked down to. The rest of his staff are amazing too. The nurse Leigh is super friendly and also answers all questions with kindness and patience. With such an awful fear of doctors, I'm so glad I found such an amazing place for prenatal care. It's nice to feel totally comfortable going to a doctor's office (for probably the first time ever). I highly recommend this place. They answer all phone calls and return calls promptly. She is very good at what she does and truly cares, I trust her with my life (you really have to with c-sections!). She has made me so much more comfortable around medical professionals in general (used to be really uncomfortable around doctors and hospitals). She gives you all of the time you need and never makes you feel rushed, she makes you feel like your the only patient she is thinking of at that time. I was told nope, can't give you an idea, there are too many factors to consider. I explained I was in excruciating pain, that I cannot sit much longer. I asked if there was a bed I could lay down on while I wait the undetermined amount of time. Again, nope - but I was offered to lay down in my chair. Not possible. Rude, uncaring and demeaning. I left and went to UMass Harrington. I was tested and diagnosed with a severe intestinal obstruction, within 90 minutes of arriving. I then spent days in the hospital. To Belmont Street - I wasn't trying to hop the line. I was a patient in need. You showed zero compassion. if you lack politeness, care and concern you really don't belong anywhere in healthcare. Please do us all a favor and move on to an industry where your rudeness may result in an unhappy fast food customer over a cold meal versus risking the well-being or life of a fellow human.

Aside from it being absolutely dirty everywhere it also is chronically understaffed to the point that even if you are the only person in the er you will be forced to wait hours in pain while you listen to the nurses laugh and talk about their weekend plans and complain about patients. Please if you have something seriously wrong do not come here unless you do not value your life. After hours of pain and agony if you chose to stay that long you will be escorted by a rude nurse who will only say 2 words to you while she rushes you into a old operating room with a sheet in the middle of it to separate your one "room" into 2 rooms much to your surprise there's no bed! So after hours of being in the waiting room, you're finally in a room with no bed and told someone will be in with a bed for you shortly. Thankfully someone comes with a bed 10 minutes later. And your left there to rot in pain for at least anther hour until a doctor decides to tell you your fine and you can go home.

Sometimes it's hard to schedule with your doctor so you end up seeing other doctors but that's actually okay since it may not be your doctor that delivers your baby. I've met with four doctors there, Dr. Chang was wonderful, as well as Dr. Wilson and Dr. Conolan. I struggled with Dr. Davidow as I felt like he talked to my husband vs. talking to me (the pregnant patient). I do wish they discussed more pregnancy related topics like nutrition, weight gain and breastfeeding or even provided materials on those important topics. I've had to bring up my weight gain at visits before it was discussed and breastfeeding was never discussed beyond "are you formula feeding or breastfeeding?" The ultrasound techs are fantastic!

My bad experience started happening when their billing department screwed up- pretty bad. In fact- their mistake probably violated HIPAA. They sent my bills to an incorrect address- one I had never lived at. They refused me an appointment because they said I was delinquent- when in reality I had never received a bill. Their office staff is another issue all together. They are rude, bland, and seem like they hate their jobs. Except for one that works at the Worcester Medical Center office. She is always nice and friendly and deserves credit for being so! I recommend going elsewhere.
