The office in Maynard was fast, clean, friendly and efficient. As new patients we were registered and in a room within 5 minutes. The back room is set up similar to an ER with the doctor/ nurses station in the middle and all the patients' rooms in a larger square surrounding it. X-Rays were taken right across the hall. The doctors were able to confer with our orthopedist and pediatrician. The staff was excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going here.

No common curtesy of wasting my time when I had to be at work for 10am, WHICH WAS A 20 MINUTE DRIVE. This is why I even scheduled an 8:30am appointment to make it to work on time. Well that all changed today when my father convinced me to go for a three week bout of nearly every illness one can get. I was able to book an appointment for the same hour, and the front desk was super flexible when I was running late. Once I arrived, I was taken in within 2 mins and brought to a clean, private space. Aidan was amazing and truly took the time listen, ask follow-up questions, and let me know what to expect for the remainder of the visit. He is a gem and his personality helped make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Gold took the time to go through my history, every single noted symptom as well as some I hadn't even mentioned. He took his time with the physical exam, even double checking and making sure not to miss anything. They ran a rapid strep, flu, and Covid test as well as a chest x-ray on-site, with the results given within 10 minutes. My only regret is waiting as long as I did to be seen because, unfortunately, there was nothing they could treat me for. I will not hesitate to return in the future.

During my visit, the person interacting with me became aggressive, screamed at me, and used the F-word toward me. His behavior felt completely inappropriate for any healthcare setting, especially one where patients may already be sick, anxious, or vulnerable. What disturbed me even more was the physical interaction. I felt that I was manhandled rather than treated calmly and professionally. The combination of yelling, profanity, aggressive behavior, and physical handling made me feel like my personal safety was at risk. I genuinely left the situation feeling as though my life could have been in danger. No patient should ever be made to feel threatened by someone who is supposed to be providing medical care. Healthcare workers are expected to remain professional, respectful, and composed, even during difficult situations. What I experienced was the complete opposite. I believe this incident should be investigated seriously, including reviewing any available security footage, speaking with staff who witnessed the interaction, and documenting exactly what occurred. Based on my experience, I do not believe this individual should be allowed to continue interacting with patients unless the situation is thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is taken. I would strongly caution others about my experience here. I went to urgent care expecting medical help and instead left feeling intimidated, shaken, and unsafe.
