They probably do some other things too, but in my experience, all I've ever had them do is basically trim my fingernails and toenails And give me a foot massage. I mean... it's okay. I got a mani pedi. Came in, no appointment and was seen immediately. The…read morepedicure itself was fine not outstanding or bad really. The chair was pretty old and the trays sloped so I couldn't set my phone, drink, or the chair remote down but meh. She asked me something at one point, I thought it was "are you ready". I nodded yes. No I gather it was do you want hot rocks. She never said "they are extra." Or anything but really she did a pretty good job. Didn't press too hard. But then let's talk about the manicure. I mean I am getting pretty basic af here. I have short nails already. I asked that the top cuticles not be trimmed. (Which she only sort if listened to. She kept saying little bit and trying to nip at them and I would say please no thank you ). The actual process was fine like I said, neither good or bas really. The pain job however..... Ehhh. She forgot base coat but remember and ran and got it.... Then kept on going! I get she had only painted one nail but I kind of wanted to ask her to fix that one. I will fully own I'm a bit much. So I try to keep my request to a minimum, so I didn't. Then as she went on though she was skipping whole sides of my nails and kind of rushing. Which was weird because it wasn't mega busy there was a grandma/daughter/Grandaughter group there but they had an appointment with a different manicurist. So idk.. the top coat she kind of slopped on without even covering the whole nail that really bothered me. I really wanted to reach over and just put a second coat on myself. But then she came back and told me I was done! No second coat . It wasn't even the good top coat so I guess I'll just touch it up at home. But for $50 bucks I kind of feel I shouldn't have to. I guess I wouldn't be so picky if that wasn't the price. But I feel $50 for a basic polish/mani ped that was kind of not great? Really wishing I had gone somewhere else and I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry

I was pretty happy with my experience here for a variety of reasons:…read more 1) They answered the phone when I called. It seriously annoys me when salons do not answer the phone. 2) Parking? Easy. 3) The salon was NOT ridiculously decorated or colored. I don't appreciate staring for an hour or two at walls that seem to be screaming at me. 4) My stylist, Samantha, listened to what I wanted and did not force her own opinion on me. She seemed to get my overall personal style and when I said I want to try to add some length, she said, cool, and didn't try to change too much. I am one of those people who constantly changes her style, but now that I've found a certain look that works for me, I want a stylist who will be laid back and go with it. There is nothing worse than a close-minded, judgmental stylist who doesn't care what you want. Also, in general, she seemed like a nice person. We talked to each other about life and hobbies. It bugs me when a stylist gets all into malicious gossip with the other people in the salon. Yuk. I mean, what does she say about me and my hair when I leave? Props to Samantha.

I recommend this place on behalf of and for the reasons I will explain below…read more The staff are very friendly folks that are "real" people who genuinely build relationships with their customers and also do a "real" good job. My wife goes there for her nails and a few other services that she receives. She always leaves feeling good/fresh and with a smile on her face. The owner of the salon has created and maintains a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The services are top notch - which I can attest to because I've seen my wife after she comes home from a visit. I've also purchased gift certificates there for both my mother and wife - which are not only convenient and easy to use - but they are decorative - so much so that it seems a pity to use them haha! (This has not stopped my wife or mother from using the gift certificates! lol). The atmosphere is comfortably posh. They stay busy, and as a result, it is better to work into a regular routine with your preferred stylist/technician/pampering specialist and then try to keep a regular schedule - though if you are a little patient you can work your way into a spot.
