This place is ran by thieves. I did a coupon buyback, which was supposed to get me three services two for the month I was in and one more for the following month no contract. I had to purchase goggles and a couple products they had my card on file little did I know they were charging me for several months I don't even live in the area. I just wanted to use their service while I was visiting for a few weeks. Yep way to make it seem like you will fix this. I already emailed and asked and you told me you are keeping my money read more

This is a clean, well run place. In peak season there might be waits at certain times but that is expected. The girls are courteous and professional and they keep wait time to the minimum. Their beds are elite and their other luxury items is a bonus that others just don't have. recommend. read more

Have been a customer for many years now even prior to the opening of this now only location for all of fort smith and not too mention the main only place to tan as well. Wait times are terrible in the evening especially and for most we go at that time because it's are only time. When you pay the membership fee you expect to get to tan worth your money and being placed in a stand up over and over or even the lower effectiveness beds makes you wonder. Sure use the massage chairs while you wait and then be forgotten about or looked over for your bed has happened more then one occasion. I have really seen a large amt of unhappy customers since the changes recently and am just hoping something can change for the positive soon again considering this is the only top of the line tanning option in the area read more

I don't usually write a review but this business is so bad, I felt I needed to. The manager does nothing but stand around and talk with the girls that work there, the waiting room is filled with people they just ignore. Not only does the manager not do anything she has a horrible attitude! The employees have no idea what they are doing, luckily I caught they pulled my account up and charged products from some other customer on it! When I brought it to their attention, they didn't apologize, just said the girl that did it was new and they would "try" and get it fixed. I ended up talking to the corporate office and they refunded me my membership money. Here is the number if anyone else is having trouble: 405-708-6320. Do NOT waste your time or money at this business. read more

Great service. Had a great spa bed treatment and tanning session. Staff was helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was top notch.

me and my mom have had an account at glo tanning for three years. I've never had a problem until today. I came home from Fayetteville this week to come get my hair done, and so I dropped by to tan tonight. The woman told me that I needed to buy goggles, so I did. And I signed for it. What she didn't tell me, was that I was signing to put my card on file. And my mom had canceled her account for over four months. So imagine my distraught when I get an email in the tanning bed that says my card is on file and that I'll be paying for the last four months of tanning sessions. The woman lied to my face. A grown woman. I will not be back. My membership is canceled. read more

Very clean and disinfected! Many beds to choose from and a great monthly price! They even clean the door knobs!! There is literally no waiting! Walk in, go to bed and done! Love the chandeliers everywhere too! read more

They don't accept cash and will not let you buy just one single session for a spray tan. Very very pushy and just a really odd atmosphere! I went for a spray tan and left after an hour (only customer there) with nothing. So so weird. read more

This business is the worst tanning place I've ever dealt with. The owner is terrible and doesn't keep good staff. The beds are constantly out of order or broken. The on line cancelation and putting your account on hold is non existent! Myself and several people I know have been lied to and screwed out of several hundred dollars!!! Please go anywhere else but here!!! read more

These place is clean. They sell you a three month deal then it starts automatic draft. Unless you cancel. In person. On the 20th of month. If you don't. $50 + tax. You can get just as good from Jergens in a bottle. I promise. Girls working counter are not knowledgeable at all. Oh, and if you call the phone number you get a phone tree. Awful. read more

This is the worst place to tan I was tanning at Beach bum which was sold to Glo Tanning no one was told Beach bum was selling to glow A note on the door at beach bum said customers who used to tan at beach bum could tan at Glo tanning. I paid on the 5 of Sep at Beach bum which Glo tanning now owns. Went to Glo tanning to tan I was told that I can't tan there because I didn't want glow tanning debiting my account every month I got conflicting information from three different girls on why I couldn't tan this was just one of them. So they took my $41. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. This place is a joke! It won't last long in Fort Smith Arkansas! read more

They closed a location and now the wait times are crazy. I have been morning, afternoon, and night and it doesn't make a difference. Today I have waited over 45 minutes and people are lined up. The monthly fees are too high for this kind of service. More than 10 people have left without tanning due to wait times as I sit here and write this review. Do better Glo Tanning! We are doing our part with automated payments to you every month now you need to get it togethe! read more

They told me my card declined so I contacted my bank. My bank has absolutely no record of them even trying to charge my card. So Glo tanning charged me the fee for my card declining and there is no record of it from the bank. They ripped me off and then told me there is nothing they could do for me.. I will not be going back there.. People be aware of how they operate. I went in there to get a copy of my failed transaction to take to my bank and wouldn't you lnow they're printer was out of paper and couldn't email it to me.. What they did do was screenshot it and sent it to my email. Which doesnt help me at all!! read more
