On this particular day they did not have acai, so I decided to venture out and get they pitaya (or dragon fruit). As well as the dragon fruit base I got peanut butter, Nutella, granola, strawberry and banana. The service was relatively quick due to it being a Friday. By having a tropical theme year round, they are able to further drive their theme further. At first I was reluctant at trying a new base flavor but after trying it, I realized that I might have to start ordering it more often. Overall my experience at Blenz was the perfect afternoon snack that was convenient and refreshing at the same time. I now recommend the Pitaya base! Although it might seem a little intimidating the overall flavor is mildly sweet with a vibrant color!

There was a line when I came here, but there are so many workers and they are so efficient. I don't think I even had to wait five minutes for my smoothie bowl! I ordered the premium ocean bowl whose base is made of coconut, pineapple, and blue spirulina. I chose it cause the blue spirulina is just so pretty! I ordered a small and there were five toppings included so I chose strawberries, raspberries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and nutella. It was the perfect amount of fruit, chocolate, and texture. One of the most delicious fruit bowls I've ever had! My total with tax came to $13.15 so it's a bit on the pricy side, For something so healthy and delicious, I do think it's worth it!

The bowl was fixed beautifully but I was a little under whelmed with the taste of the açaí base. It tasted like bananas and nothing else. I am not a fan of bananas and know it's added to thicken up the base but that's all I could taste and then there was no sweetness in the bowl minus the peanut butter. I got the 16 oz bowl and it ran about $14 because I added a fruit.

The place itself was cute, clean, and the employees were friendly. I'd go back to try something a little more basic next time.

And add on olives. It might have been the peanut dressing, but it's certainly not over-dressed by any means (more like massaged in). It might have been the sweet, chewy dried cranberries (I refuse to say, "craisins.") I also had a mediocre vegan wrap which desperately needed seasoning. I had ordered it with olives and paid extra for the add-on, but they forgot to put them on. Honestly, if I had only ordered this, I wouldn't come back here again because this wrap was not only not good, it was fifteen dollars. It really needed something to give it flavor, even a little salt would have gone a long way. But, that salad. Just do it. Unless you have a peanut allergy.

The noodle bole includes low mean noodles, peanuts, red pepper flakes and can add chicken for an additional charge. It's right around $9.00 and again, for the amount of food, i'd probably want to just go to a restaurant and pick up take out so i wouldn't be hungry after the meal.
