I am a very frequent customer. Have never had a bad experience. No place to sit and drink, not a bad thing but good to know. Service good.

Drinks first, thoughts after... Went today with my love for a treat. This one guy is carrying the WHOLE store on his back. From taking orders to carrying them out. I'll tell you what he had the best customer service than anyone else these days. We both got apple kiwi kale added blueberry, fiber, and muscle. He made extra and gave it to us! SOMEONE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! read more

I have visited here many times. My most recent visit will be my last. I ordered a 32oz smoothie in the same flavor I've had a dozen times. I got in my car and drove off onto the highway. I took a few sips and it tasted really off as if it had a cleaning solution flavor. I was already on the highway and didn't have time to deal with it so I put it in my freezer when I got home and went back a few days later with my full smoothie cup. I told the guy behind the counter what had happened and he said he would have to ask his manager and went to the back. He came back and said "yeah I can't do it". I said I came in there all the time and it tasted bad. He told me I should've called or come back in the day I bought it. Very short sighted of them because I came in a couple of times a month. Never again. They have lost a customer for life. read more

I went and got a vanilla hulk smoothie and it was amazing! I also got the pb swizzle açaí bowl for my girlfriend and she loves it

I came here to pick up a Strawberry Guava Refresher. It was delicious! So refreshing! I placed a mobile order on my phone, and it was sitting there ready for me. The workers were nice too! read more

I always enjoy a smoothie from Smoothie King. I had never been to this location before and needed a refresher after meeting with my tax preparer next door. I walked in and was greeted pleasantly by a young male associate. The extensive menu was displayed on the wall. Whatever you think your body needs, Theresa smoothie to supplement that need...detox, protein, weight loss. I was pleased with this location and would go back. read more

It's been a minute since I've been to a Smoothie King. I actually kind of remembered seeing one in this area and after finishing up a grueling session of racquetball, what better way to indulge than a nice creamy, cold smoothie. Great selection of menu items that include smoothies that cater to all sorts of end results - Fitness Blends are purposefully blended with protein-rich ingredients to help you fuel up or recover faster (29 blends available). Slim blends are purposefully blended to help you stay on track, with under 350 calories for every 20 oz (20 blends available). Wellness blends are purposefully blended with vitamins essential to maintaining a healthy body (16 blends available). Break time blends are purposefully blended to help you reward yourself or simply enjoy the day (16 blends available). Kids blends are purposefully blended to help them stay happy, with flavors they'll love (6 blends available). Having just worked out I felt a little less guilty with my selection from the slim blend line up. I went for the Angel Food Slim - Ingredients: Bananas, Strawberries, Pear Juice Blend, Protein Blend, Stevia Plant-Based Sweetener Perfection in smoothie form. Great combination of flavors with a light, but filling end result. In a 32 oz smoothie it contains 330 calories, 1.5g fat, 82g carbs and 6g protein. Staff was really friendly and the store was clean. Covid aware with staff wearing masks and everyone coming in had them as well. Really the only down fall is this is a kind of spendy indulgence - other wise there really isn't anything that you could do to enhance or change what they have to offer. If you're looking for a smoothie, check these guys out. read more

The dude perfect smoothie is amazing protein shakes but tropical smoothie is good so which one's better????? we'll never know

I come to this smoothie king almost every single morning & have always had the sweetest employees. They usually know my order the moment I come in & I make sure to drive from wherever I'm working that day to come to this one. But, this morning, the employee could not act more disgusted in my presence. Did not speak, just stared at me like we were in some type of stand off, didn't seem to care that I left & didn't order anything. Almost as if she wanted the reaction. I worked in food for 8 years & even I knew that I signed up for the job I was at & did not need to act like I hated my life. It's sad because these are my favorite smoothies almost every single morning but I doubt I come back with someone who has that attitude. read more

Came to get a bowl at 1:47pm and the person working was very rude. Clearly smoothie king that was empty doesn't need people's business. Very disappointing. read more

It is ridiculous when you don't provide a public restroom to people paying your bills. (The one in Homewood, AL). I personally do not care for smoothies but my kid does. As far as the smoothie goes these are good in his opinion, but service could be nicer here at the one in Homewood. Have had better service at other Smoothie Kings though. read more

This Smoothie King is located in downtown Homewood. The staff is very friendly and seem to be knowledgeable about the ingredients in the smoothies and other products. Like other locations in town, this location has $5 Fridays, so you can get regular 32oz smoothies for $5 and meal replacement smoothies for $6. It's a great savings if you frequent visitor! read more

Terrible service. Unorganized and untrained staff. Sloppy. Should be clear about wait times if they are going to be longer than 5 mins. I waited 15+ mins for a smoothie - and I'm a rewards member. read more

Pricey, and as for customer service, I've been here 8 minutes and neither of the two employees have acknowledged me. Once I do get the product, I do enjoy. read more

I love having this place in between work and home. If I'm ever in need of a healthy snack, it's a great option. While there are a thousand things to choose from, the menu does a good job of showing you what is healthy and what is made for indulgence. You can always ad things like "energy boosters" to your smoothies as well. For the most part, the young folks that work here are pretty nice and professional. They used to have this one kid that was a total jerk. Luckily, they showed him door. They also sell all kinds of snacks, vitamins, and protein powders. Good stuff, Smoothie King 72. read more

I understand Friday's May be a bit busier than other days because of the $5 medium promotion, however, what I witnessed this morning was unacceptable. Three workers 6 people waiting in line and not one employee acknowledged the wait. I waited 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Usually smoothie kings are efficient with their stores so I'm not sure if someone was being trained or wasn't aware of how to do certain things but today's visit was definitely a miss. Hopefully this is just a bad day and not how this store operates on the regular now read more

First timer for my mother and I stop buy from church services, we really enjoy our smoothies. The staff was friendly and patient. The place was neat and clean and the order didn't take long. We will be back to this location real soon. read more

I am so excited to have Smoothie King near my office! I can run into the galleria during lunch and get my favorite protein peanut butter punch or whatever it's called. It's good. Trust me. With chocolate. Yum! The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful and friendly. This smoothie king is located in the food court near great wraps and hagen daz. read more

Seems they have different people working each time I come here. The person behind the counter is always struggling to enter my order as a result. The people making the shakes struggle as well. I order the same thing each time and it comes out completely different each time. read more

Terrible service. They need to hire people who are efficient and look like they like to work here. Long queue and slow service.

Had a bad experience here unfortunately. Arrived at 7:30p on a Wednesday evening. There was only one other person in line before me but yet it still took 15 minutes to order & get my drink? The employees were more focused on the latest gossip than making smoothies... While I was waiting to order I could feel on of the employees staring at me while sitting on the counter then he proceeded to walk past me (galley way is quite small) to take a bottle of water from the fridge. While he was right in front of me he stopped and said "wow, nice shirt" while looking down it. I felt violated. Will NEVER return to this location. Definitely going the extra block to Planet smoothie where I don't get creepishly hit on. read more

Stopped in after a workout. The staff was very friendly and got my smoothie within 5 mins. I will be back!

The vegan mango kale is my go to... it took a few times to find the right smoothie place but this is it! There are other places like sprouts and planet smoothie but this one is more price friendly and they have $5 Fridays and a rewards program. read more

They are efficient, and the smoothies are delicious. However, I did not receive good customer service during my most recent visit. The cashier first seemed irritated with the customer in front of me as she looked at the menu. Then, when I got to the register, I had a couple of questions about different flavors, and she seemed very irritated that she had to answer questions, which she rushed through and did not give me clear answers. Therefore, I ordered something that did not even have the ingredient for which I asked. When I went back to the register to order a second smoothie (since the first one was not what I wanted), she was not displease and once again, rushed through my order. I really hope I have better customer service the next time! read more

There's usually about 5 people working, and it still takes 5 minutes to get a smoothie if there's nobody else in line. It seems like they completely restaff about every week which suggests the management is terrible. Also it's way overpriced, like 7 bucks for a small smoothie. Two stars because I go here anyway read more

Very good & friendly staff. My orders are always correct. Smoothies are delicious & I love the fact that you can call in your order & it's ready when you arrive! You can avoid the line! I love the strawberry hulk, but don't get it if you're a calorie counter or looking to lose weight! It's about 1200 calories for a small cup of it, but a must try! read more

Ok I don't know what happen to my favorite location for smoothies, but please smoothie gods fix it. I love seeing young people work and not be in trouble. But can we get some older retired people in there so we can get good customer service. The young ladies not only look careless ( physical appearance) but clearly seems unhappy to be there. It's like the are all mad that you came in. What happen to "hello, how man I help you?". All you get is stares. Why do I have to ask you how are you or can I order? The owner needs to start completely over!! read more

Good smoothies but service was poor. There was one staff member who moved very slowly and did not acknowledge us for a few minutes before taking our order. The store looked unkempt too and there were no napkins available. read more

I'm writing this review to alert the management: My husband and I drove 25 minutes to get a smoothie... Pregnancy craving of the day. At 8:50 we walk in and are told they're closed. The sign still says open and the hours say you're open until 9. But your staff decided to close before time. I explained I was pregnant and that it was 8:50 and they shook their heads. Rude & no explanation. Disappointed. read more

WOW!!! This new Smoothie King just opened RIGHT ACROSS from where I work at the hospital (707 Richard Arrington) and it is FANTASTIC! I've never seen a smoothie made so FAST...and they have obviously trained these guys because they just could not have been friendlier. Finally...I don't have to drive 25 minutes out of the way for my smoothie. They also had a bunch of other stuff there too...can't believe something like this has me so fired up! read more
