This is a nice store. The employees are usually very friendly and it is well stocked most of the time. The location is in a nice spot although there is not much parking. They have pretty much anything you need and most of the same merch you will find at the other locations. read more

Was shopping for a gift for my sister's bf. They have a great selection of things that other shops don't. Cute! And this location specifically has an employee named BYRON who was so helpful! He made suggestions he genuinely thought would benefit me when we casually began chatting about my personal habits. He didn't just try to get me to buy something or leave like an NPC. He was friendly and sweet and welcomed feedback, which was great. (^: There was someone else who works here with glasses I didn't catch the name of who deserves praise as well, both knowledgeable and courteous. Planet K is where I go when I can't think of a present to get someone, so I just want to endlessly window shop until I see something cool. Think if it as the Spencer's or Hot Topic for grown ups. Even if you don't smoke, there's lots of neat stuff you wouldn't expect. I wouldn't call it a "smoke shop" for that reason. They have some interesting items like leatherbound journals, cool t shirts, and even some adult stuff. The service is what you'd expect. Not much to say about service in a smoke shop, as long as it's not crowded you're pretty much good. Their glass is high quality and has never disappointed me. I drop things all the time, too, so this is important to me. I'd recommend stopping by here if you're bored or need to get someone a birthday gift. read more

I always enjoy going into a Planet K. I was down the street at Buffalo Exchange and I had just lost my nose ring AND I just ran out of Nag Champa a couple days prior... Driving home, I passed the Planet K on Guadalupe (which I had no idea was there) and I was actually on my way to the one near me off the Rundberg exit. I was like, "Hey! What a coincidence!" Not a huge selection of body jewelry, but I'm not picky and I wasn't looking for anything fancy. Six bucks for standard nose pin... I'll take it! Nag Champa is always a standard price, unless you are in a gas station and they hike up the prices, so that was that. I decided to look around and have a little chat with the guys working. Just really chill, nice people! Helpful too. I ended up walking out with a small pipe blown into a flamingo. So cute! I spent less than $40 bucks. Planet K and Oat Willies are always the shops I think of when I need something of the smoking or body jewelry variety. read more

I always kick myself when I forget to get names. I'd like to give your associate with the pink hair working 7/27 around 5:30pm recognition for her thorough knowledge of the product as well as great recommendations. She appeared to be a manager but if not she should be! She went through every check point of badass customer service, telling us when they get shipments, offering to order us product they didn't have in stock, and of course was super friendly and personable. I was there for Kratom but was interested in their CBD products (they have a stocked case with gummies, syrups, transdermal patches, vape pens, etc.) She explained just about every item and their doses and properties, as well as examples of success stories from other clients. She made me feel comfortable about the source and that owner's are very particular about the vendors they choose from. Thank you so much for the experience! read more
