I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

The basketball court is a full sized one whereas some have small courts. The cardio machines here don't have individual TVs if that's important to you. They just have common TVs spaced out. Put a couple of spray bottles at the desk with no label on them and no way to wipe the spray off. People are taking them out of the bathrooms which are then leaving the bathrooms with no paper towels. It's both unsanitary and disgusting.

It's definitely a fun and family-friendly spot. But unfortunately, my visit took a bad turn. I slipped and fell on a very slick floor -- and I hadn't even been in the water yet. There was no caution sign at the spot, and it only appeared hours after my fall. My leg is still sore, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. A friend invited me and she's a huge fan of this place, so I really wanted to enjoy it too. But safety should come first. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the floor safety. Despite that, the associate responded by asking if I would be the guest. The interaction was surprising and uncomfortable, as it appeared an assumption was made about who held the membership. My guest and I found the comment inappropriate, and it left us questioning whether unconscious bias played a role in the exchange. I believe all members should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of their race or appearance. While this may not have been the associate's intention, the experience left a negative impression and is something management should address through staff training and awareness.

She is very attentive, professional yet warm. The kids safety is her priority! She responds straight away via her personal cell. There are two coaches. One is a woman and the other is the other owner... Craig the hubby :) He is fun and engaging. He makes learning CrossFit fun for the kids. I have one son who is all into activities like these. I have a daughter who is a little over weight, reason we are here, and hates stuff like this; however, she loves this place. They both do!! People here are friendly, fun and serious about their journey. They are great with teaching the kids proper form which was my main concern! And keeping it engaging. Secretly I'm kinda watching the adults too! Their program with their fun coach seems pretty solid also. Love this place. As long as the hours and days work with ours, we will be here for a very long time. Parking is right outside and plentiful! We pay one price which allows us to come 3 times a week!

A gym member pointed at us and told the coach we may need help then she finally turned back around to address us. The vibe was very stuck up and not welcoming. We decided to try the free workout since we were already there. But to top off the bad experiences, the coach (don't remember her name but she was an older woman with short dark hair) was all over my husband l. Kept following him to speak to make convo and giving him extra attention. Pretty shameless and unprofessional. We both felt extremely uncomfortable. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the workout was actually good.
