I was a little worried about being able to keep up. I tried a ride during their soft opening and was so blown away with how amazing the whole staff was. I was a few minutes late because I didn't realize that Apple Maps took me to a different address than the one on the Cyclebar website. Maria helped me clip in and adjust the bike so that I could join the rest of the class. I already had shoes, but if you don't they have shoes available to rent. I tried the classic ride with Tara, it was so much fun! I loved that they incorporated some upper body workout with weights. Tara was so much fun the 45 min ride really flew by. They have water and towels available which really came in handy as I was not prepared with one. After the ride they had a booth for Yoga6 and Home Long Island - Maria's own brand. There were so many cute items but I HAD to purchase the wine glass! Perfect to unwind after a great cycle class!
