The equipment is excellent, there are plenty of squat racks, and the gym offers an incredible value. I moved here from the Seattle area, where I worked out at 24 Hour Fitness, and Crunch is so much better. I honestly cannot believe how affordable the HIIT Zone classes are for the quality of training you receive. For context, I'm a former Division I athlete and WNBA player, and I previously owned a CrossFit gym. I know what knowledgeable coaching and effective training look like, and these classes deliver. All the trainers are great but a special shoutout to Mard and Matt. They are excellent trainers who are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely motivating. They challenge you while creating an environment that makes you want to keep coming back. I highly recommend Crunch, especially the HIIT Zone classes. The quality you receive for the price is hard to beat! Update: one thing I want to add is that I wish the Zumba classes were better. Where I moved from the classes stuck to the Zumba format and had high energy Latin music. My heart rate was always elevated. The classes here are blah. Doing the cha cha slide in Zumba is diabolical. That's the only disappointing thing about this gym.

Due to an injury, I am no longer able to participate, and I contacted the studio to request a refund or a reasonable solution. Despite my medical situation, my request was refused. I hope the studio will reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future and work toward better customer service and support for members dealing with unexpected circumstances.
