I have been an unlimited member here since May 2017 and couldn't be more happy with the class…read moreofferings. I have lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey and Purenergy has been a huge part of that! For less than the cost of that massive gym in King of Prussia and way more variety than the "Citrus Concept" down the street, you can enjoy similar class offerings, free babysitting 8:30a-12pm Monday to Friday, and twice the ambiance! I find myself in Yoga a few days a week - the studio is beautiful and the mild heat is welcome in these bitterly cold winter months! I recommend Kristy's Wall class for a great deep stretch and Sarah's Power Flow for the ultimate mind/body stress relief! As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut! I'd personally love to see more Pilates or core based classes in the evening, but realize that has everything to do with instructor availability and member interest! :) Beyond the class offerings at Purenergy you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, clean locker rooms, and fresh towels for the sweat you're guaranteed to break! Drop in for a class - you'll be a member before you know it!

My boyfriend and I joined this gym back in December. 4 months later, and the PR's (personal…read morerecords) keep coming! But that's not all. We actually look forward to heading straight from work to class 3x/week, where there is a intimate and supportive group of members waiting to train alongside us. The owners/trainers, Chuck and Christina, lead great strength or conditioning classes that are safe, accomodating to our goals and needs, and a helluva workout. These things are invaluable to us, and Chuck and Christina offer them for a very reasonable price! And better yet, there is a pretty even amount of men and women members (at all ages too), making this a very diverse, woman-friendly, and non-intimidating environment for all to work in- something that's hard to come by these days. You gotta understand, we are not the pumping iron sort of people. What's most alluring to us about this gym is a tight-knit community you become a part of. My boyfriend and I have found that doing these classes together has also strenghtened our relationship. Strong body, strong mind, strong relationships, what's not to love?!

I began going to OTF Paoli about 7 months ago and honestly can say it is my favorite workout. I…read moreused to do Crossfit but decided to completely stop and just focus on my OTF classes. OTF focuses on HIIT with a heart rate monitor so that you can determine whether you are in the "orange" fat burning zone. I got a really thorough introduction from Tim who explained how the class would work. Every trainer I've encountered has been extremely motivating (it helps to try out different ones to see who is right for you), every workout is different than the last and I always leave feeling like I have gotten an amazing workout. Here are some quick things to note about OTF Paoli in no particular order: 1) Friendly, informative front-desk staff who always greet you. 2) Supportive and experienced coaches who encourage and motivate you through each workout. 3) Clean studio space including two unisex bathrooms and two unisex showers with amenities. 4) Accountability check with the heart rate monitoring system. (Plus personal performance summaries of each class emailed or logged into your OTBeat app profile) 5) Efficient class scheduling through the website or the OTBeat app. If you're on the fence, it's definitely worth trying. It's not scary or intimidating and you'll get a great workout!

I went to Orangetheory Fitness for an intro class and it completely ruined my experience…read more Before the class, they texted and called saying they needed to do my introduction beforehand and that it would take at least 20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes early, which is standard for most workout classes, but they refused to let me join the class. I explained that I've attended many workout classes before and was comfortable jumping in, but they insisted there wasn't enough time to complete the intro and paperwork. Ironically, I could have filled out the forms if they hadn't spent that time arguing with me instead. I also would have been happy to pay for the intro class if they hadn't required me to show up 30 minutes early. We're all busy--who realistically has time for that? They acted like this was some extremely advanced or exclusive workout, but honestly, anyone who is even moderately fit could handle the class. The rigid policies and poor customer service were unnecessary and unwelcoming. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location.
