They have Sunday morning meditation! Drop in! So I donned my baggy sweats, put on my most comfortable tie-dye shirt and headed down there to check it out, slightly nervous about the whole yoga-nut crowd. Hummingbird is lovely, a comfortable, serene space and Linda is as down to earth as it gets. She is not perfect, and she is one with her not perfectness, and she is happy to have you on the journey with her. Meditation with her is peaceful and enriching.
