12/3/22 I liked the store but the owner was extremely rude when I tried to take a picture. I honestly did not see the sign. He could have been nicer about it so guess what I remember most about the experience? Apparently if your young and pretty you can take pictures. It was happening in plain sight. Just read the reviews. I can see totally not taking pictures of true original art but a lot of these items are mass manufactured resin from China. Not that there's anything wrong with that- it's just nothing I haven't seen before. I don't know why the owner is so militant about that. I enjoyed seeing the items in the store and purchased some incense (also that I've seen and used before) I also purchased a black clearance dress form jewelry stand (made also in China). Thought this place was super cute and bought a deck from here and was told they do store credit or exchanges. I drove 40 min from my Airbnb to return the deck two days later and they told me they would NOT do returns or exchanges and claimed they had a large sign in the window about tarot previously despite their being no sign currently... i understand policy but i was told prior about their returns and that was seemingly untrue. The woman who i spoke to about the exchanges was also not the nicest and persistent about their policy despite me saying it was fine and that i would take the deck back. Just unfortunate experience especially as the deck was unopen and how it was originally found. read more

Great prices and a huge variety of not only stones but different culture/religious items. They have everything from Egyptian to Celtic to Norse to Buddhism. There are different books and jewelry and so much more! It is great quality and great service. 10/10 would recommend. read more

My best friend took me here and I was in crystal heaven! There are crystals from top to bottom of this place and I could honestly walk around here for hours just looking in aw of everything. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell here. What I really enjoy is their pricing compared to other stores I have been to in the past. I've been a frequent customer of Planet Earth Gallery for years. Owner Monica and clerk, Margi have ALWAYS provided me Outstanding Customer Assistance and Service. Customers travel as far as California and Canada for this shop. When I've asked for help, I've received it and all have gone Above and Beyond researching crystals in the books in the shop for me. I love the scented candles, jewelry, clothes, crystals and fun stuff in the books and crannies situated in the store. **Please note the shop endured a sudden, devastating loss of the owner recently and the family is dealing with circumstances beyond their control. Please be patient. I'm sure the lady who wrote the negative post below had NO idea the sad circumstances which may have resulted in her negative experience. Life is unpredictable for EVERYONE. I would give this place a -1 if I could. I wanted to love this place. It called to me and despite the construction, I made my way in. Not even 30 seconds in, I was asked to move my car. I said sure the parking was just a little confusing. No attitude from me. There were "please pull forward" signs which I was a bit confused by. She got snippy and rude for no reason at all saying it wasn't hard to park between two white lines. I was parked on the end space? I don't believe that tone and incredible rudeness was necessary. I not only moved my car, I left without purchasing. I read the other reviews. She's been there for years? Apparently, she can afford to be rude and pick and choose her customers. Beware! I would order online before I ever support this small business owner. It cost nothing to be kind and first impressions are forever. read more

Its ashame because I love stores like that but I will never try and go again...from the looks of it they had fake crystals and such anyways .. dont waste your time. read more

I've been in this store 3 times so far and loved each and every trip there. My second trip there, there was an orange crystal that caught my attention in the basket full of tumbled crystals but I didn't get it that time which bummed me out. Finally, on my 3rd recent trip, I was able to get that crystal (similar one) and 3 others plus my roommate picked a pouch out for them. Turned out the orange one is a Carnelian crystal and lady behind counter knew her crystals cuz she named each one and even wrote the names down on a small card and individually bagged them. Plan to go back there again in future!!!!! read more

We used to go here a lot. They had "hippy" memorabilia, animal figurines and plaques, coffee mugs, a nice selection (albet small) of clothing, casino things And outdoor decor. Went there yesterday and was very disappointed. They have gone "mystic" with skulls, magic, black cats and dragons everywhere. Not the nice shop it used to be. I have been coming to this wonderful store full of rocks and gemstones and incense and soaps and home decor since I was a kid. Every time I am in town I make sure I stop in and browse all of the treasures that are packed into every nook and cranny. My latest purchase was some agate slices and palo santo. We have enjoyed this store for 20 years, but the last 2 visits after February 2019 weren't so great. The employees that used to be there and provided a warm, welcoming experience have been replaced by individuals who seem to be bothered by us being there. Sad because there's so many awesome things in the store. Doesn't feel the same now though. read more

I was super excited to go check out all the fun stuff at this shop. When I got there there is so much stuff crammed into this shop it was totally overwhelming but the stuff was so beautiful I decided to tackle it. I searched around for more than 15 minutes exploring all of the rooms and when I got back to the front desk I said out loud a few times that I wanted to buy some crystals but didn't know where to start. My favorite store in the Poconos! This store is so unique and very different from the other shops in the area. There's SO much to browse through here! We actually walked through it twice to be sure we didn't miss anything. They don't carry the usual items as the other Pocono stores. They have items such as wall decor, jewelry, Buddhas, Outdoor decor, and so much more! I felt their prices were reasonable. The staff is super friendly and kind. I have a best friend I could never find anything for, she is one of those hard-to-buy-for people, but I found a number of things here that I just loved for her, as well as for every other person I love.
