This Michaels is pretty par for the course, but the staff was super friendly in helping me find what I was looking for. If you're not a regular Michaels shopping, make sure you head to their website and snag whatever the best coupon they're offering for the day is (usually at least 40% off any one item). The selection at this store seemed better than average for a Michaels and again, the staff was stellar. There were smiles from start to finish and it felt like the store did a good job keeping things safe during COVID. Masks were worn by all and I was able to fuel my crafting addiction. I'm gonna call it a win!

I typically buy my video games online. The store was decently busy, but not packed. There were 3 folks working behind the counter and maybe one more out on the floor. All of them seemed very overwhelmed with how busy it was. I'm not sure how the staff would be if it was actually packed in there. My trade in went well and I feel I got a decent price for the games. It looked like I got 50% of their used selling price for each of the games respectively. The store was well stocked and very well laid out. Parking was easy. Prices for brand new games seemed to be comparable to online prices. Anything that wasn't brand new was over priced. But if you want that person to person sales experience, a warranty, and instant gratification then Game Stop is the way to go!
